5 Stars - We recently stayed at this location with our three children and throughout the whole stay repeated “we will definitely be staying here again”. It was incredible for everyone to have their own space. The convenience to local attractions was ideal! We had extended family visit for the holiday and it was plenty spacious for everyone. The kids and adults loved the game room ….. it was a fun surprise for the kids :) We especially appreciated the fence surrounding the pool in the patio area. 5 Stars - We decided to take a family trip and enjoy sunny Florida. We loved the property! It was clean, well equipped, and the added pool heat was perfect! We only had a couple things we had to ask about in regards to the pool and lights but every email/call was returned in a timely manner Also, plenty of places to shop, eat, and visit nearby. Fabulous villa!

The villa is so spacious and spotlessly clean, has everything you'd need. Plenty of towels, the kitchen is well stocked and the pool area is great! The beds are super comfy, there's air con and also fans in every room which were appreciated! Can't think of anything about the villa we didn't like :)

Easy checkin, house as described

House was clean and everything working in perfect order. Pictures and listing is accurate. Great house to stay. Only took away 1 star because queen bed and all of the twin beds were a bit uncomfortable as far as mattresses go. Overall, no complaints.

Great home, close to Disney, tons of room!

Really enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of room for the entire family. Massive couch with big TV to relax after a long day at the parks. Pool looked nice too!

We stayed at this property for 2.5 months. We enjoyed the pool and the location of the property. Property Manager was quick to address any concerns.

Great stay

We had a lovely stay at this home. Clean and large enough to host 7 adults. Listing is accurate. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable, however my adult children did say the other beds are not as comfortable to sleep on. You will need to supply your seconds of paper goods etc, as stated. Limited kitchen supplies but we made do.

Great villa in a very good and convenient location

The villa is exactly as listed and the photographs are a very accurate representation of the property. The check in process was easy due to the instructions provided. The villa was large and comfortable and the facilities good. The pool area was large and the lanai covered area with the fan was a nice break from the sun and heat. The gated community was quiet and had a Publix five minutes drive away. There was a slight issue on the first day and the communication was excellent and speedy. The villa is five minutes drive south of the end of the 192 and about fifteen minutes from the i4 interstate. Overall a very good villa and a good base to explore Kissimmee Orlando and the parks.

Do not rent...ITrip is a Scam!!!!

When I choose this house on VBRO I didnt know was that it was being rented by an outside company called ITrip. I got a message from them about a week after I paid for it. I didn't hear anything else until a couple of days before arrival. It was an extensive list of rules totally different from the original posting. I was a bit concerned but because it was so close to my arrival there was nothing I could do. When we arrived there was a maintenance worker repairing blinds. She said that the place was dated and in need of repairs. To me looked like the pictures and would suit our needs. We were in and out all week mostly using the house to eat take out, sleep and swim. Two days after I got home I got an email saying that they had charged us $350 for supposed damages to the house. None of the things they said we broke or damaged looked like the pictures they sent when we left. Most of the stuff was in places we did not use at all. Since then I been calling, messaging and emailing ITrip to discuss the issues and I cannot reach anyone. The BBB has a bunch of complaints about ITrip. This company is a scam. Do not rent from them and read the VBRO ad before renting so you don't get stuck with them.

Not cleaned whatsoever

The property itself was in a great location. However, the house was NOT cleaned. - The master toilet was disgusting and no toilets were fully clean, even though they had the clean seals on them - multiple sinks not cleaned ( toothpaste in sink etc) - master bedroom sheet blood-stained and hairs on the sheet - floors everywhere unswept/not vacuumed - multiple pillows with hair on them - multiple pillows way worn out - flat/uncomfortable - the Xbox has no controllers We had to spend an entire first night sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning all sheets, sinks and toilets. We also had to waste time going to the grocery store and buying cleaning supplies, not to mention the inconvenience and time lost instead of relaxing like we should have been.

Spring Break 2022

Overall, very nice and comfortable property. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Vacation home was well taken care of and clean. Communication with property management company was great with a small issue resolved quickly on the first day.

Wonderful Stay!

Great place and location!

Stayed here Jan 4 - 16, did not tell or show the family (2kids), where we were staying until we arrived and when we did, they were pleasantly surprised and excited by my choice. This house is very clean, tastefully decorated, very functional and lots of space for everyone, with 3 full bathrooms too. The furniture (great section sofa), electronics (great cable package), internet, appliances, pool (heated and privated in with bushes growing all around), games room, everything worked well and kept us entertained while spending time there, we were very comfortable. The location is great too, very quiet gated community and not far from everything you want to do and see I'm the Orlando area. Will personally recommend to friends.

Overall nice property

Overall nice property. Well kept with the exception of a lot fair amount of missing blind slats on the windows and sliding doors. The management team was quick to respond when the garbage from a previous renter cause a large swarm of flies. They cleaned out the transh recepticles and moved them for us. The furniture was comfortable. Couch was amazing for our larger family to be able to relax and watch movies together. Seems to be a fairly new rental so when they say there are no additional amenities they are correct. Not a single cleaning supply for counter or the glass tables. Soemthing I would expect to not have to purchase for a week stay (maybe people don’t normally clean in rentals?). I had to tidy up wires from the gaming systems (no controllers for them but had the games for them) which looks like the last renters may have moved from the game room to the livingroom, as it was strewn about. And random singular shoes were found under couches and a bed. Along with contraceptive my 14 year old found on top of his dresser. Maybe a better cleaning company or a more thorough inspection of property prior to new renters. Overall a good property and one I would return to nothing seriously detracted from our stay.
