Comfortable condo and excellent host

We had a great stay in this cute spot! The condo was clean and comfortable. The host was super communicative, and went above and beyond to accommodate our family. She added some thoughtful amenities for our small kids and brought extra safety gear when a big storm was heading in.

This place was absolutely PERFECT!!! We travel a lot for my Son's Travel Baseball Team ... and this was, vy far, one of the quaintest places we have stayed - BY FAR, 12 out of 10!!!! The rates were low and we got everything that was advertised and then some!!! Shower stall was pretty small, but that was manageable!! BY FAR - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Great rental

This was a great rental. It was very clean and I really appreciated all of the empty dresser and closet space to unpack things in. The bathroom had lots of empty shelving and drawers for storage also. The washer and dryer were very useful. The bed is super comfortable with lots of extra pillows. I loved the small additions like complimentary snacks and coffee. The view from the screened in back porch is lovely. The wifi worked great and the keyless entry was very convenient.

Spring birders

We wanted to be close to the birding along Lk Erie, not driving from nearby towns. Staying here is the perfect solution, though for an extended stay, one needs to plan ahead to avoid frequent shopping trips for groceries, etc. But the Erie countryside is so lovely in the spring, and you can watch the marsh birds from your back porch. Just need to plan ahead. Also for the inevitable craziness of spring weather, but the condo is warm and cozy no matter what.

Wonderful location. Lots of dishes and pans and silverware in the kitchen. What I didn’t like was there was a wonderful porch, but sunscreens were missing, some screens you couldn’t lock, doors you couldn’t lock. So even though we had this wonderful porch, we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we would’ve liked to. The scenery was wonderful, though, with the view of the marsh and the mini birds, it was wonderful to eat out on the porch in the morning. Also, only one hand towel was given and two bath towels for our three night four day stay.

From the owner: “Thank you for your feedback. We sent our team to assess the lock and screens. We are currently developing a plan for the next steps. The unit features lockable sliding doors that lead into the main area of the unit, and we have identified that the sunroom area was not locking properly. Additionally, the towels have been restocked, and the issue has been addressed appropriately. Thank you, and we hope you visit again.”

This property smelled stagnant when we walked in. There were hairs and dirt all over the bathroom floor. The floors throughout the apartment felt filthy. My daughter’s feet were black after walking around our first evening there. The bathroom has black mold all along the bottom of the shower. Every dish item I used had to be washed before being used. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. To the point I had to check out a day early. I spoke to management and they blamed a poor cleaning service and didn’t offer me any compensation for the missed night or return of the cleaning fee I was charged at booking. The couch was also uncomfortable and the air conditioner is loud. Horrible stay.

We take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:- Since our conversation, the unit has been professionally deep-cleaned, and the shower mildew has been fully addressed by our maintenance team.- All kitchen dishes have been rewashed to ensure they’re guest-ready, and a new mattress has been ordered and will be in place soon.- The A/C unit has been replaced, which was already in progress during your stay, and I’ll personally inspect the couch for comfort concerns, as I may have missed that during our call.Thank you for sharing your experience—we appreciate your feedback as we continue working to provide great stays for future visitors!

Quite Neighbohood

Our stay was okay. The bed was uncomfortable, so I actually slept on the couch. Every time my husband moved the entire mattress would bounce, it was like trying to sleep on a waterbed. You can tell that it's been a very long time since any of the furniture has been moved and cleaned under. The air conditioning unit is loud and never shuts off. You have to continuously adjust the temperature, and listen to the thing rattling on and on all day and night makes watching TV in the living room nearly impossible. The pool is in serious need of repair and was consistently dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The neighborhood was quiet and nice, and it was great for the cost, but I definitely think that we'd stay at a more modern place next time.

Great place to stay!

My wife and I stayed here with my two grandkids(2 boys ages 9 and 5) for 3 nights. Condo was clean and well stocked with linens and dishes/cookware! The sunroom added extra room and the kids loved it! The condo was located within easy driving distance of Jet Express and Miller Ferry to get to the Lake Erie Islands. We also visited Marblehead and East Harbor State Park. It has a great swimming pool which we enjoyed a lot. Our only complaint would be the AC is very loud and you have to crank the volume of the TV! Other than that, it’s perfect for 2 adults, 2 adults and 2 young children but probably be too crowded for 4 adults! Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was chosen for it's location primarily but the price was good, too! We found it roomy, well supplied and clean. The only issue was having to reboot/unplug the Spectrum boxes before either TV would work but would happily stay there again.

We cooked all our own meals. Kitchen was adequate mostly, but picked up a couple items at GoodWill in Pt Clinton. The condos all mostly support fishing, and during the bird fest the few eateries are swamped. Very close to all birding.

Very clean and excellent accommodations for any walleye angler. Priced right and provides all of the “at home” comforts while staying in the walleye capital of the world. A+ location, great neighbors, and highly accommodating owners.
