Beautiful Unit on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The until was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The host communicated with us regularly & we had absolutely no issues. The free beach service was an awesome extra added value. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a family

We had a great stay. Condo was clean and spacious. We loved the view. We had a great time at the beach, playing pickleball and at the pool. It was very convenient as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit at best would be described as just ok. I feel like the unit could have been equipped with more amenities and a bit cleaner. The kitchen area for example was not as clean as other rentals I have been to in Florida. One roll of paper towels, no access to beach towels and other basics could be better. The unit gave off a damp feeling. Carpet in the unit is not a good thing. It definitely needs an update with pain and kitchen materials. The location is wonderful though. I’m just comparing this rental with other rentals I have been to in the same price point.

Beautiful View

We stayed at shorelines over the July 4th week. Condo was very large and nice. We had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Beach was a quick few minute walk. Pool was a little bit longer of a trek but we chose to be closer to the beach then the pool to make carrying everything easier. Condo was pretty clean. Some sand but nothing out of the ordinary with being right in the beach. Master bedroom was a little warm but it has a huge window and sliding glass door to balcony. Also it was high 90s out so only so much the air conditioner can do. Fans were provided to help move air so that was helpful. With it being the 4th the condo didn’t allow us to shoot off fireworks (good idea) but they let us know that we could see fireworks from the beach which was super helpful not having to leave the property. Great place to stay and would stay again!

Wait until construction is over

I had been notified the unit was under construction. What they didn’t tell me was I’d be woke up every morning at 8 am on vacation to drilling and banging. It wasn’t the unit, it was the entire complex. I still have styrofoam on my car two weeks later. We also couldn’t even use our balcony. The unit itself was ok. Looked like someone puked or spilled something on one of the chairs in the livingroom. Ice dispenser in the fridge didn’t work. Drain in master sink was broken. Overall a cute place just wasn’t able to relax like I had hoped.

Reviewer Comments: Unit 1904 is way over priced for the quality of the furnishings. It smelt musty and had dust on furniture. The buildings were being worked on and the noise and dust from sand blasting was terrible.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The bed in the master was uncomfortable to me and my husband but we like a firmer mattress so it may be just preference. Beautiful ocean views. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. We love the ramp to the beach instead of stairs, a ramp is so hard to find. This is our 2nd time staying at this facility and we will stay again.

Great late summer stay

The condo was clean, open, bedrooms and bathrooms were great with all the extras if you needed! Short walk from the condo to the beach and beach service with the condo was a huge plus!! The only complaint just one and not really a complaint...only 2 chairs on balcony would've loved to have maybe 2 more and a table to eat outside! Will definitely stay here again the condo and staff were wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to the gulf coast, and this condo did not disappoint! Very clean, kitchen was well equipped, and I'll never vacation without a washer and dryer in unit again! We had one small issue with a water leak, which the owner took care of immediately! Our unit also came with free beach setup for the week, which made things so much easier than having to lug your umbrella and chairs back and forth every day! We loved it so much, we booked our stay at Shoreline Towers for next year the minute we got home!
