Summary:

Holland Haven is a cosy, four-bedroom character home, perfect for housing the whole family. Relax on the deck or lounge with a stunning, panoramic view of the mountain.

The Space:

This home has everything you need to have a great stay in Taupō! Three bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The master room has its own ensuite and a large wardrobe. There is a fourth bedroom with two single beds, allowing the house to sleep eight guests in total.



There is a full kitchen and laundry with all the appliances you’d expect. The Smart TV has apps such as Netflix and YouTube but no free-to-air channels.



This house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a steep driveway and external stairs to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. There is off-street parking and a double garage to keep your car, or any bikes and equipment you may have brought with you.



The house has an endless supply of hot water with Rinnai gas, so you can enjoy long showers or the spa bath without any worries!



The backyard is fully fenced making it safe for your little ones.



The property is in the Richmond Heights area of Taupō. It is a quick drive to the lake or town centre. At the bottom of the Richmond Heights hill is the ‘Two Mile Bay Sailing Club’ where you can enjoy a drink or pizza or take the Great Lake Pathway to walk around the beach front. A quick drive will take you to the ‘Taupō DeBretts Spa Resort’.

Valid Sunday–Thursday this month only. Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Free night must be requested when booking. You will need to book the first two nights, and we will reserve the third one separately for you to enjoy.



Guest Rules:



No parties, smoking, or pets.

Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.



Amenities:



Highchair & Cot Availability: We have a limited number, please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.

Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.

Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).

$300 pre-authorisation hold applies if booking outside Airbnb.

Security camera at front door/driveway only.



Interaction with Guests:

We have a key box and will provide the pin number 3 days before your check-in date.
