Pool was perfect place was spacious and clean. Loved the games we played a game of Clue something I haven’t played since a child.

The host Amanda was great with communication and checking in. The house itself was not cleaned at all. I had to wash all the dishes before using them. The beds didn’t have clean linen and we had to wash all the towels before we used them. The back patio was not cleaned as shown in the picture. It was full with dog poop everywhere on the patio. It was blood on the blankets so we couldn’t used those. So basically the house had a lot of things going on. We didn’t complain to much because the location was convenient for us and we already had our plans for that area and we had paid days in advance.

Amazing

We rented this bnb for our stay down here in Florida before we got onto a cruise. The house was BEAUTIFUL! So clean , decorated so pretty , enough space for everything. The pool was so warm, clean. The host was so friendly , nice went out of her way to make our stay great. Definitely on my favorite list to stay at again in the future!

Wonderful stay!

We had the absolute best time at this property. My husband, my two daughter and myself stayed at this lovely house in Melbourne. The owner, Christi was so easy to work with and very accommodating. She was very quick with her responses. The house was beautiful and just as described in the listing and pictures, even better actually. The pool was perfect and so much fun for our family. The location was super convenient! Close to restaurants, grocery stores and a very short drive to the beach. We had such a wonderful stay!

My daughter and grandson and I stayed for 4 nights and it was absolutely beautiful! My grandson loved the pool and swam every day we were there! It is close to all the amenities which I loved and only 10 minutes from my brother. We felt comfortable and safe . It is a beautiful home and a lot bigger than it looked in the picture… that was a pleasant surprise… I appreciate the opportunity to have stayed there ! Thank you for a memorable week!!

Cozy, clean, and relaxing

The home is nicely decorated and we felt right at home. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and bedding. Front and back yard are beautiful. My husband, 13 years daughter and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The front yard with pool was really relaxing with the little waterfall. Had to contact the owner once and she responded immediately to help with a mild situation we had.Definitely recommend if your looking for a cozy relaxing stay!

Everything was nice, besides the ants. Ants were on various areas in the kitchen. We couldn't put cups or plates down for a second. They were even running ramped in the sink and it was empty.

Cozy getaway not as advertised

The pictures do not accurately describe the home. The neighborhood is in decline. The home has not been well maintained with rotting decking, outdoor furniture in disrepair, the pool is in front yard and quite small, landscaping not maintained well. The inside was not well cleaned and bedding/ towels old and stained. Kitchen had food stuck in sink, refrigerator had sticky stuff on outside. Disappointed.

Weather surprise

We had an excellent stay in spite of the first November hurricane in 40 years. The storm caused some electrical issues but the owner was extremely helpful in getting them resolved very quickly. We plan to use this same property in the future.

Baseball Tournament / Vacation

Great location, just 18 -20 minutes from USSSA Space Coast Baseball Complex and area is very peaceful. House very comfortable, plenty of space for my family; pool is small but it was good for us...everything that we need after spending the whole day in the field. Christi, the owner, is simply great. So, Thank you Christi for your attention to us.

Beautiful, Relaxing Get-Away

This is a fantastic home for a get away in central Florida. The host is kind and helpful. The property has everything you could need and more! Great spaces for families to both have alone time and get together for fun. Highly recommend!

Great house!!!

This house is great! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is awesome and the decks too. The kids LOVED it. They had so much room to run around and play. It’s on a quiet dead end which is nice. It’s off a busy major road but all the roads in Melbourne are set up this way. It’s just a busy area. It was a 20 minute drive to downtown Melbourne and Melbourne beach. Both very lovely locations for enjoying the day. We had a great vacation.

Spacecoast Softball Tournament

We stayed here during my daughter's softball tournament at the Spacecoast Softball Complex and the house was great. This house has been remodeled and the decor is everything you'd want when visiting this area. The layout was interesting in that the deck is in the back yard and the pool is in the front. It was odd to have the pool out front by the street but the house is on a dead-end road so it didn't bother us. The home is well equipped with plenty of linens, games, kitchen supplies, and some beach and pool items. Christi was always quick to respond and very helpful. The only reason we wouldn't stay here again is because it turned out to be farther than anticipated from the softball complex.

Great stay at Gracewell House!

Gracewell House was the perfect place for my family to relax and enjoy the Space Coast. Roomy, three tvs for everyone, plenty of room for my husband and boys to spread out, a great kitchen with everything I needed to cook, and the best part was the beautiful pool for us to swim and relax. Our point of contact Christi was super nice and quick to answer any questions I had, and check in was simple. I was very happy with this rental. Thank you so much!

Business and Pleasure

We were so pleased with the property that we recommended it to a few locals we know. It was nice to be back in Brevard to handle business and celebrate the 4th, our 1st wedding anniversary, and take the kids on their first true family vacation. I showed my husband all of the sites we have to offer, at least the ones I could in so little time, lol. Peaceful, serene, closed off, and the views. The bonus was the views of fireworks from all angles. That was a memory for a lifetime. Christi was great with her responses. We would definitely book again. Next time we will make sure we enjoy the house more and don't have so much going on. Thank you SOOO much for making this memorable!! Be safe and be blessed.
