NOTICE: Please be advised that a roofing project will begin in late April and is expected to last around two months. Work will take place Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional Saturday work. While there may be some noise during the initial tear-off phase, the remainder of the work will be quieter. Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

With amazing views of the ocean throughout the unit, and amazing amenities like on-site BBQs, fenced in dog parks, bocce ball, and tons of local attractions, this incredible split-level condo has everything you need to enjoy your time in paradise. Please note there are stairs in the unit.

This condo can accommodate 6 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a double and twin bed and there is an air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements.
