2BR, 2 BA condo, 3ème étage avec vue sur la piscine et la plage de Half Moon Bay

La Tortuga # 7 est située au troisième étage (deux au-dessus du rez-de-chaussée) donnant sur la piscine et les eaux scintillantes de la baie Half Moon d'Akumal. Ce condo spacieux et joliment aménagé dispose de 2 chambres, chacune avec lit king size et salle de bain privée avec douche et de beaux détails de carreaux mexicains. La chambre principale dispose également d'une baignoire géante encastrée. Il a un grand plan ouvert salon et salle à manger avec des curseurs qui s'ouvrent sur la terrasse, offrant une vue imprenable sur la baie. Le salon dispose de sièges confortables et d'une télévision par satellite. La cuisine est bien équipée et comprend un bar pour le petit-déjeuner. Il y a internet WiFi dans tout le condo et la climatisation et des télévisions avec des DVD dans les chambres.

Dehors, sur la terrasse face à l'océan, il y a une table et des chaises pour se détendre, manger en plein air, et en général profiter du climat chaud des Caraïbes et des vues spectaculaires sur la baie. Il y a un balcon de la chambre d'hôtes face aux mangroves. C'est la seule unité dans le bâtiment avec cette fonctionnalité.

Hacienda de La Tortuga dispose d'une très belle piscine sur la plage, un restaurant gastronomique sur place (La Lunita), et de nombreuses chaises longues et des palapas ombragées sur la plage de sable blanc en face. Il y a aussi un accès WiFi à la plage pour ceux qui aiment rester connectés tout en travaillant sur leur bronzage!

L'Hacienda de la Tortuga est située dans la partie nord centrale de Half Moon Bay, à quelques pas de nombreuses commodités, notamment la boutique de plongée Akumal Adventures. La baie en face de l'appartement est idéale pour faire de la plongée en apnée car le récif est très proche de la côte, et il abrite une grande diversité de la vie marine, y compris les tortues de mer en voie de disparition!

Hacienda de la Tortuga # 7 est confortable et lumineux, et une option parfaite pour les petites familles ou groupes d'amis.

Our stay was amazing, we arrived late and the security guard gave us our key and showed us the condo. The condo was very clean, large it had everything you need. There was a large box full of beach toys and snorkelling equipment. The view was the best and you could hear the waves from the ocean from our room. The manager even extended our check out time by an hour. We would stay there again.

Great Akumal Getaway

We love our stay at Del Tortuga. The unit was great. The only thing i couldn't figure out was the stove :(.. but other than that we loved staying there and will more than likely be back sooner than later!!

The apartment was very spacious and had all we needed to prep our own meals and enjoy the beach. The pool was just down the stairs and was hardly used but was very refreshing and enjoyed by my kids. The beachfront was great - plenty of loungers and it was right beside a very nice restaurant. La Lunita had tasty food and great drinks.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We were thrilled with our stay. The view, the accommodations, the staff, the restaurant, And the hospitality. It is a wonderful spot on the beach with everything you need within walking distance. Never rented a car. Full kitchen to prepare some meals although with the coffee/breakfast spot ACROSS THE STREET, and the magnificent food at the restaurant below, we were set.

The property was beautiful, the snorkeling stellar, and the staff are all friendly and excellent at what they do. Sure, some reviewers have pointed out a few minor spots in need of updating, but you'd have to really really hate the ocean and look for something to complain about, since the entire condo has a view of the ocean (with exception of a guest room.)

Wonderful Family Vacation

The restaurant on the main floor was very good and very convenient. There is also a great restaurant across the street that is open for breakfast and lunch. The views are excellent and the site management is very helpful and accommodating. The only issue we had is that our son is disabled and has a hard time with stairs. There is not an elevator so I would have rented lower floor units if I had realized he would have had to walk up. But that was only a minor issue for our son.

A Wonderful Vacation Home for our family

We had a wonderful stay at Hacienda de la Tortuga during a recent trip in March. We loved the spaciousness of the condo, the location, the gorgeous view (esp from the balcony) and amenities (room he even had a safety deposit box) Everything was exactly as described in the vrbo listing and we felt safe and pampered! We went snorkeling several times in Halfmoon Bay (be careful if the sea is rough), Akumal Bay (a must to swim with the turtles) and the nearby Al-kul (when you see two signs pointing in opposite directions - stay to the left - tours go to the right. Suggest going first thing in the morning or late afternoon to miss the crowds). The food was delicious at La Lunita (best meal of trip) and at La Buena Vida a short walk down the road (more casual - great vibe). Did some fun day trips to Coba (go early), Tulum and nearby cenotes (Jardin de Eden, Cristal). It was awesome being able to take a quick dip in the pool to refresh at the end of a day seeing the sights of Mexico.Highly recommend staying in this condo!

Bay pretty but accom and beach not child friendly.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, daily cleaning like a hotel, apartment spacious though dated and in need of renovation with no laundry facilities neither in the apartment nor hotel premises. Privacy limited to 2ppl, so for a couple it's great, but for family I would go elsewhere. The balcony is a hazard for kids younger than 3 as they can slip out of the gaps so only ground floor for youngsters. Corals look pretty on Half Moon Bay, but are sore to walk on even with coral shoes as the sea slams them into your ankles, and young kids fall over hourly with cuts from the sharp rocks. Snorkel value maybe 3*. Personally I would recommend Puerto Aventuras (by the dolphins), a much nicer experience.

We slept each night to the sound of the ocean breeze , and our good fortune was being able to eat nightly in the best restaurant of Akumal just downstairs. Everyone was polite and friendly, respectful re: Covid precautions- our first trip since the start of the pandemic. The town Dr. made house calls so we didn’t even have to fuss about getting tested prior to coming home. This was a perfect trip and just what we needed. We will definitely return to our hacienda in Akumal

We had such a great time here. The condo has been updated and is even nicer than the photos with beautiful art. Plenty of room to spread out. The beach was beautiful and the pool refreshing. We will be back!

Fabulous Condo for our family vacation

We stayed at Hacienda de las Tortugas #7 for a week with our two teenagers. The Condo was perfect for us and we loved being right on the beach with a lovely terrace overlooking the bay. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals and the place was really comfortable. Roberto, the property manager, was really helpful and we loved getting around the neighborhood on bikes. We also appreciated having an excellent restaurant (La Lunita) right downstairs. We found Akumal to be a refuge after experiencing the traffic and crowds in Tulum and look forward to returning.
