Comfortably furnished, fully-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, wi-fi and one car bay! Opposite Southern Cross station in the heart of the CBD with great transport right at your front door! A short stroll to Flagstaff Gardens, Queen Victoria, Southbank and sights. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.
Guests can experience a city apartment living right across the road from Southern Cross Station (where the airport shuttle SKYBUS station is located). Two Bedroom, one bathroom apartment fully furnished with an self contained kitchen with all kitchenware.
The entire apartment and all Melbourne has to offer!
I'll or my co-host will be available for you during business hours, after 8:00 pm I may take longer to reply because it's my family time but will have my phone by my side to answers your questions if urgent.
A short walk will take you to Marvel Stadium where major sports events or concerts are held. Crown Resort/Southbank/Southwharf where Melbournians love to chill out, drink, dine and people-watch is also close by.
The Flagstaff Garden with its beautiful trees and lawn is also a short stroll away. Pack a picnic, enjoy greenery and space, so close yet so far from the bustle of the city.
Or simply immerse in the coffee culture of Melbourne by picking one of the many cafes hidden in the laneways.

Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an ownerâs corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.
Check In Requirements:
Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driverâs licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation.
There is a strict âNo Party Policyâ imposed, where severe penalties apply.
Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.
A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival.
