Feeling Superior - Cliffside Home with Amazing Lake Superior Views!
Feeling Superior is nestled on the north shore of Madeline Island. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom home also has a guest room that can accommodate two people (guest room is in a separate building just off the side of the home). Feeling Superior has been thoughtfully updated. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area and the wood-burning stove in the living room makes the entire home feel cozy.
During spring, summer and fall you can enjoy a large screened-in porch space and listen to the sounds of the Lake Superior waves and the abundant bird and wildlife that call this magical setting home. There is a walk-way to the lake. You are able to get down to the shore (there is no dock) to look for driftwood and other treasures that are known to wash ashore in some of Lake Superiorâs legendary storms.
The area offers everything from hiking at Big Bay Town Park about 3 miles from Feeling Superior. You are about 20 minutes from downtown La Pointe with our wonderful Historical Museum, locally-owned shops, restaurants and Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designed Golf Course.
Items that you will need to bring:Food
Beverages
Condiments (including salt & pepper, ketchup, mustard, oils etc. - WI Department of Health & Human Services requires all condiments must be removed after each rental)
Additional towels for going to the beach (bath towels provided are for use inside the property not to be taken outside or to the beach)
