The home has stylish furnishings and is filled with personal touches. As you enter, the open floor plan, tall ceilings, and wall of windows will catch your eye. There is plenty of cozy seating to enjoy the uninterrupted views and wildlife or watch TV. A large dining table provides a hub for gathering. The gourmet kitchen is packed with top-end Italian appliances, including two ovens, microwave, and induction cooktop. The twelve-foot center island with four barstools provides additional dining space. The spacious kitchen opens to the bar and drinks area with a wine cooler and sink. There is plenty of storage in the mudroom area to store beach towels and outdoor wear.

The second floor houses two bedrooms: the primary bedroom and a queen bedroom. The primary suite features a king bed, private deck, luxurious private bathroom, and private sitting room with TV. A bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom complete this second-floor accommodation.

The main level offers a secondary suite with a king-sized bed, a sitting room with a daybed and TV, access to the deck., and a gorgeous private bathroom. The sitting room is separated from the main bedroom with a barn door, making it perfect for additional living or sleeping space. A bedroom with two twin beds and a full hall bathroom add to the first-floor accommodation.

Relax on the multiple back decks and enjoy the stunning views and the abundant wildlife surrounding this home. Or, relax on the decks surrounding the private freshwater wading pool. An outdoor hot/cold shower is available for guests.

Guests do not have access to the garage or the room above the garage.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

This pool cannot be heated.
