The second downstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed, a comfortable sofa tucked into a windowed nook, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms are just up the stairs: a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin over twin bunk beds. The upstairs bathrooms offer showers, bathtubs, white cabinetry, and stone countertops with under-counter sinks.

Overlooking Cougar Point Golf Course, the sun deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy views of the fairway. In addition to the sundeck, there is also an outdoor grilling deck and a screened porch. The wide screened porch offers comfortable seating and a ceiling fan to keep cool during the warmer months.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests do not have access to the garage.
