This home was beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone. The game room was a HUGE hit! The only issue was the bunk room had no power. But we had storms last week so that might have been it. The owner was very responsive. It was a great time!

The house was beautiful and spacious... the pool and game room were a hit for everyone and the 2 bedrooms on the first floor were accommodating for those who couldn't climb the stairs. I especially enjoyed the number of bathrooms and the Roku TVs. The house was equipped with everything we needed except a cookie/baking sheet but we made due. Stores are close by and not a bad distance to the parks. I recommend this house and am looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Great Time

The home was A HOME the option to heat or not heat the pool was definitely a question but once there no need. The place was exactly how it was advertised on the website. The only caveat was when it came time to cleaning emptying trash. There were no additional supplies to do such. The store is less than 2 miles away so it was not a big deal to purchase these things. It would’ve been nice to know these things need to be purchased ahead of time, but other than that the place is exactly as I expected. Comfortable open and a absolutely wonderful experience!!!

I’m thrilled and excited to say the home was exactly how it appeared on the website. With the only exception of the cleaning products, not being available, as part of the requirement upon leaving the home, the trash needed to be emptied. The dishes needed to be cleaned. Those products were not available to do those things. The house was very clean. The pool did not need to be heated so I chose to opt out and not heat the pool per day. The location was great. There was a Publix store about 2 miles down the road. The location was very safe and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The pictures look exactly how the house was upon entrance. Most everything in Florida or Orlando is about 30 to 40 minutes away so the drive was not that bad from the airport or from the theme parks in which we did attend. I would give it an eight out .I would give it a 8 out of 10 stars primarily because again there was no trash bags to refill the trash and there was no cleaning products to ensure the dishes or clean so we can clean them and then put them in the dishwasher. This place did not let us down and I’m very happy that we chose this home.

Like stated in the check-in details information; all Airbnb supply you with the initial cleaning products, what I offer is: -Starter soap - Sponge - 2 dishwashing pods - 3 trash bags - Paper towel & an initial start of toilet paper (in every bathroom) In the case that you need more; I stated in the email that you have to buy it from the local store. I do apologize if it the cleaning products were not enough, but I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay!"

Nice stay

We stayed at this property for about a week, I will say the description online wasn’t completely accurate they have renovated one of the rooms so the twin bedroom is now a bunk bed with double beds and a pullout twin so I’m sure they plan on updating that for the future. Overall we were pleased with our stay we had read the reviews and were glad that some people pointed out the necessity to bring some supplement towels they really only provide one per person,the company/owners did send an email basically saying that but didn’t send it till mid-day of check in and we were already traveling so that wouldn’t have helped with packing. Like most people have said the cooking utensils were sparse and not of great quality but again that’s pretty much standard for these types of home rentals, so we typically bring our own anyway. I know people have talked about the lack of toilet paper and cleaning things that’s also pretty standard in most of these rentals so it didn’t really concern us and again we planned for it. I will say a few improvements could go a long way here. The blinds on the front of the house were actually melted/warped and many of the hanging blinds either didn’t have pull strings or were missing pieces allowing light in and not much in way of privacy would recommend curtains. Some of the furniture could also use a refresh one of the upstairs headboards is canvas so somewhat difficult to clean and had a few stains. We did notice the counters were a little dirty/sticky when we checked in so we cleaned them ourselves but did not contact the owners. The TV is a smart tv and they do require you to log in with your own accounts which we do have several we could use just noting it for future guests that may not have those services. Therewere a few stations you could get to without a login but it took us a while to find them my older dad thought it would have been helpful if the owners had left a guide to help if they didn’t have tech savvy guests. The house layout was good for our needs with two bedrooms downstairs and three upstairs. The game room was fun as well, we did utilize the pool without the heating but it was starting to be a bit too cold especially towards the evening so keep that in mind you might want to pay for heating. Overall we were happy with the location and the house it fit our needs for the trip but would definitely be improved with some updates.

Rental was good except…..

Rental was good! Everything we was looking for. Kids enjoyed their stay! Their favorite was the pool and the game room of course! The cons would be do bring your own bath towels and washcloths! Bring your own tissue! Only one roll per bathroom! I would expect more for family staying 3 or more days. They kitchen could be equipped a little more with pots/pans and supplies as well. Overall no other problems!

We had a great stay!

Upon arrival, the house was in great condition. We could tell it had been clean with fresh linen on beds and towels. The house itself was slightly outdated. Picture on website looks better than in person. There were missing pieces on a few of the blinds which left openings in the window. The kitchen is stocked with a pot and two frying pans, toaster and toaster oven. Dishes are also available But make sure to bring all cleaning supplies because none are offered. I would recommend paying to have the pool heated. Such a great way to relax after a long day. However the pool furniture seems old and the bottom of the legs to chairs are rusted and falling apart. The game room was also a nice touch. For some of us, the beds were too firm to sleep on but that’s a personal preference. Overall the house was really nice and you can’t go wrong if you decide to stay here.

Excellent Vacation Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!! The pool is the perfect size and we spent most of the time on the deck and in the pool. The house is just as pictured and was clean and comfortable. And the neighbourhood was beautiful!!! There were a few things that would have made our stay a little easier: there needs to be a few more towels and beach towels would be handy. There were very few forks in the cutlery drawer .. which means you need to wash after every meal. Most of the vertical blinds in the entire house were missing pieces which was troublesome for the ground floor bedrooms. And we had difficulty in the process of adding the pool heat to our stay .. but the home owner looked after it and the pool heat was in place when we arrived! Minor complaints and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!!!!

Rental house

This house was perfect for our group of eight. Plenty of room, and very clean. The only complaint we had was that we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. There was no dish cloths or scrubbing pad either. The manager did get us a new coffee maker quick because the one there was broke. Overall it's a beautiful place to stay😊

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a wonderful neighborhood and the house was very clean which is one of the more important things to me when I choose to stay somewhere. The owner was very easy to contact if I had questions. The only thing I would recommend is having the pool heated at no additional charge for the amount you pay to rent the home. It was very chilly this time of year and the kids didn’t get to swim at all.

Great house

We were pleasantly surprised with this house. The location was quiet and conducive for walking. The neighbors were friendly. The linens were clean...you could smell they were freshly laundered. My only concern is there was only 1 towel per bathroom. So bring your own towel. The game room was fun. Everyone enjoyed the pool (3'-6') and thought it was great. If you want it heated ask well in advance (not done through property manager it is done through VRBO). It felt great to be able to cook your own meals.

Property was great.

The property looked just like the pictures 2 bedrooms downstairs 3 up stairs. Was perfect for our sister family trip. Would stay here again. Being extra towels is my only suggestion.
