Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was a sweet place to be and it was incredibly comfortable it was clean and ready for me and my family to be in, the down side of this stay was the fact the pool was dirty the entire stay and the master suite shower leaked. Also I was charged an additional $500 for absolutely no reason I left the place just as beautiful as I came so that I am absolutely not happy about!

Only minor issue was no umbrella in back yard so most of the time it was way too hot to go in backyard and sip a drink. Everything else was great from fully stocked kitchen to abundance of towels

The space was perfect for our group, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a peaceful outdoor area to unwind after a day at the parks.We especially appreciated the quiet and secure location, yet it was just minutes away from Disney and other Orlando attractions. The amenities nearby—restaurants, pools, and entertainment—added so much to the experience without ever feeling crowded.This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we’ve had in a while. We’re already planning our next trip and wouldn’t hesitate to book again through VStay and Ace Hospitality. Reviewer Comments: Wir hatten Glück und ein sehr sauberes Haus bekommen.Vier Schlafzimmer,3 Bäder eigener Pool.Komplette Ausstattung.Wir waren 14 Tage da und mussten natürlich Verbrauchsmaterial wie Toilettenpapier nachkaufen.Einzig zu Beanstanden ist,daß in den Bädern keine Haken zum aufhängen der Handtücher sind und uns fehlte im Eingangsbereich eine Garderobe zum Aufhängen der nassen Rgenjacken.

Great for Family

Check in was smooth, easy access to the pool via shuttle and great overall space. Had a minor issue with the pool heat not being turned on and being charged for it, but the front desk quickly addressed and provided a full refund. Maintenance tech addressing the pool heat and ice maker issues responded quickly and was very professional.
