House is just as in pics. It was a beautiful house in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are dog beaches close too! We enjoyed our stay & hope to be back in the future!

Quiet oasis

We rented Villa Grace for 40 nights and it was thoroughly enjoyable. It was a great place to relax and entertain a few family and friends. The bedrooms were nice sized along with the beds being very comfortable. The pool and patio were extremely relaxing. We had really enjoyed the property and wished we could have stayed longer.

Another wonderful winter in Cape Coral!!

We were worried after Hurricane Ian hit, but the property was wonderful. The staff was wonderful and quick to respond to the 2 concerns we had. We enjoying being away from alot of the traffic & bustle of Fort Myers. We especially enjoyed the burrowing owls on the property behind us! Can't beat a winter with sun and the pool!!! Looking forward to next year!!😎😎

Relaxing Getaway

We had a great week at the property especially since it has the heated pool. Property manager was kind and informative. She was able to respond to any of our questions or concerns immediately. One Note: This property sleeps 8 people, we had 7, but there were only place settings for 4 people. Overall a wonderful place to stay that is close by to all of our go to places when in Cape Coral. Hope to come back to this property soon!

Awesome vacation!

The house was great and very comfortable. The bed was more comfortable than ours at home. But I couldn't stay there all day because the pool was so inviting. Our fur babies gave the fenced in yard two paws up. The kitchen was very well appointed and had condiments and spices as well. We did some sight seeing and ate at some delicious restaurants, loved Fathoms, and had a wonderful time. Thank you for sharing Villa Grace with us. Karen and Brad and Caramel and Mocha

Nice house just needs some updates

Nice house but there was just a few things that need to be updated. The water smelled the whole time we were there, even after we ran it. The sink in the bathroom is broken and should be replaced. The shower head in the shower does not work & there is like no water coming out of it, also the sink and toilet are stained. Ann is great & responds to every text quickly.

Beautiful!!!

The house was clean and we loved it very much. My kids wanted to stay in the house forever. Haha! We did have a couple issues, but nothing that kept us from enjoying our selves. We could never get the blinds fixed the way the should be (I am ocd), and the hall bathroom wouldn’t plug, and the master bath we just fixed the seal and you have to move it a certain way to get it to stay plug. Again, nothing major. We would stay here again in the future!!

Our Winter get away

This has been our winter home for the last two years. Will be back the next 2years. The house is great, the pool wonderful. The service for any problems is wonderful(thanks Dwayne!). My only suggestion would be that the living room furniture be replaced, the house can sleep 6+ but truly can only seat 4 in the living room. The chairs are getting questionable(one leg appeared to be moving). Oh, and maybe a towel rack in the bathrooms? No need for clean towel everyday! We stay two months and truly love this house & the area (especially the burrowing owls in the yard behind us!)❤️

Focus on details needed

My family and I aimed to spend 2 weeks in Cape Coral to escape the Canadian winter. Although the property management company was fantastic at communicating with us, we found that the house itself lacked a significant amount of attention to small details. Side tables, additional cutlery, and some basic amenities (enough toilet paper, etc) were quite scarce for a house that can accommodate at least 6 people. The majority of issues were sorted out by the property management company, of which we are very appreciate of. The pool was fantastic.

Great property & we enjoyed our stay! Only negative is the pull out couch had dirty sheets & someone's dirty socks inside of it. We were able to remove that & replace with clean sheets. Loved the neighborhood & the ease of access to the property.

Wonderful family vacation

My family and I enjoyed this home during our 6 night stay in Cape Coral. In total it was a group of 5 adults and 3 kids and 1 infant. It was nicee to see thy they already had a queen size air mattress and a play pen that was very useful for our family. The home was very clean and modern. The pool area was a bit smaller then expected but still comfortable enough for 9 people. The only thing I must say to bring is bug spray! Even though the pool area has a net around it, those Lil bugs find a way in and they will eat you up ! Overall all the house is located about a 10 min drive to supermarket and some stores and about a 15 min drive to nice restaurants. The home is in a nice neighborhood where you can go out and ride bikes with your kids. We enjoyed our stay very much !

Amazing time in SW Florida!

Living in Northeast Florida, we don't have quite the paradise feel that one thinks of when they think of this state. This was our first ever summer vacation and going to South Florida seemed like a great idea. This home was in an amazing location close to so many things to do. The pool is wonderful and the back patio is super relaxing! The smart TV had all the apps we needed watch movies as a family after a day of fun! When I had a question they were super responsive and happy to help. This has quite possibly been the best vacation we have ever taken and we will certainly be back and will stay here again!! Thank you for everything and can't wait to visit again!

Last minute trip

We located the property and was fortunate that it was available for our last minute trip. We weren’t familiar with the Cape Coral area. There were lots of places to eat and shop close by. The house is true to the pictures with a nice size pool and kitchen and quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again!

Beware not all things are as they seem

The home was immaculate..the property everything we hoped for. Poorly managed !! Our air conditioning was preset and it took 3 days to reset it at the temp we wanted. There were no alarms or a baby gate. Even tho the person who checked us in said there was. With a 19 month old we were on edge the whole time. They put alarms on the sliding door on Friday evening, altho we asked daily..5 days it took when its Flordia law that they have one or the other. Pool light was broken, they forgot to tell us instead leaving 2 solar balls that did not work. We woke to 2 men standing in our back yard, there to fix the pool that leaked. No phone call saying they were coming. Failure to reset the timer caused the pool to heat 24 hours a day. Dishwasher was broken, televisions not hooked up, ice not hooked up so no water or ice from the fridge. The fans didn't work, remotes with dead batteries. broken dishes, dishes put away dirty, with price tags on the ones that were not dirty. There was an active camera on the Lania. Thrre were 4 trash bags in the garbage can. covered in flies and some kind of black bugs. There was a ripped screen in the pool area, fixed 24 hours before we left. The home has an unsafe shower, high window, no mat and some one will fall. Over all the beautiful house was a nightmare because it was poorly managed. It will always be a last choice unless management is changed. So sad because looks deceived us.

Many of the things you mentioned, we unfortunately did not hear about until after you had departed the house, otherwise, they would have also been taken care of.
