Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time at the 4 bedroom cottage with a pool and hot tub! The house was clean and really nice. I would recommend the put a guide on how to use the remotes for the tvs because some have cable and some have apps to use. And maybe update the pots and pans for quest to use. And have maintenance power wash the upstairs patio. Other than that the house is really nice. And we are already planning our next year trip to come back. The house was in a great area and close to lots of food spots and entertainment.

We are all a little over the top about cleanliness so that’s the first thing we checked and this cottage looked like no one had ever stayed in it. It was so clean! Beds were comfortable. We loved all the space for our family of 5. The pool was great, we never even went to resort pool. The location was perfect being on the end. Our kids 14,16,21 said this was our best vacation ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house; very clean and a great space for everyone to feel like they could be together, but have their own space. I am a cook, so brought some spices, etc. But for those cooks out there, know that the rental company removes everything cooking related...i.e. no salt/pepper. So just a heads up if you intend on cooking, you may want to bring a few things with you from home. Plenty of dishes/etc. Enough margarita glasses to serve 20 people. Literally. Wine glasses too. But no champagne flutes. Our only complaints relate to the pool alarm...I get that it is mandated, but it is annoying when you don't have little ones. Plus we had issues with it, which were fixed by maintenance while there. Also, no ceiling fans....don't understand that...would think that would save the landlord money on utilities...especially since you can't set the thermostat below 70. All in all a great house and fun vaca.

nice cottage in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place. several smaller living rooms vs one large area. Clean. Great location with only a neighboring cottage on 1 side. Hot tub heater doesn't work below 55 degrees is disappointing but we read up on it before hand. Some furniture has minir issues like bed supports underneath need to be secured, bar stool footrests loose/came apart. Easy checkin. Close to large hotel pool which was amazing. This cottage has access to hitel amenities but not all do. Grocery stores and downtown area closeby.

Clean and Functional Home in Great Location

The second-floor queen bedroom mattress desperately needs to be replaced. Be aware there is no cable tv or any way to get local tv without a streaming service. This caused a problem for us because, although we did have a subscription to a streaming service, none of the TVs supported the one we had. Also, I am shocked that none of the homes provide a way to recycle. Overall, we had a good trip and enjoyed the pool, spa, resort pools, and 1/2 mile walk to Sunset Walk.

Not a good experience, needs maintenance and better management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we notified management that the Wi-Fi was down, the toilet on the third floor was broken, and the heat was not working well. There were also two doors to the toilet rooms that didn’t close, and the floors downstairs were sticky/dirty. Management told us we could check out early if we wanted, not ideal when everything in Orlando was already booked. The third floor was 76 degrees while the first floor wouldn’t go above 65 degrees, very uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi took 3 trips to fix. The heat never got fixed, and I had to fix the toilet and mop downstairs myself. Management didn’t offer anything for these inconveniences.

I think the downstsyliving room was too small though. The property was beautifully decorated and clean. It had all of the conveniences and the reset was top notch. The hospitality was so friendly. We do wish we had access to more than one towel per person. We weren’t allowed to ask for more. It would be nice have had one pool towel per person! The upstairs tv remote was missing so we couldn’t watch tv outside. Next time we will try to book a property closer to the resort. 1/2 mile was a bit much to walk 4 times a day. We were looking forward to that. Overall we loved our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had several problems with 7969 Surf Street cottage.1. The floor were extremely dirty just walking from the door to the kitchen my feet were disgusting. Call the front desk on 12/19 date of arrival and requested all three floor to be clean. On 12/20 before leaving to the park I stopped at the front desk to make sure they were going to clean the floor as they had confirmed 10 a.m. that morning. The young lady at the front desk did not have any record of my request.2. 2nd floor room with queen bed the screws had fell out the first 5 minute of my daughter going to bed. She only weights 120 pounds and they bed was a hazard.3. Had to call front desk 5 times to up the heater for the jacuzzi.4. Stair going to second floor was tapped with blue tape and had a very sharp edge. I told the front desk that they may want to fix it for the next family before someone with children get hurts.

Perfect family graduation vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect space for our family to reconnect and celebrate our twins high school graduation after a long and stressful year. We’ve all been isolated and haven’t spent time together due to the pandemic so this was very needed. We simply wanted the convenience of a place that would accommodate togetherness, and this was it! Everyone had their own space when it was time to retreat. There was plenty of great living spaces that we we able to enjoy family game nights, watching sporting events on tv, enjoying a family meal in celebration of Father’s Day and graduation. However, most of our days were spent in the private pool and hot tub where we enjoyed conversation, card games, neon night swim, music and good old relaxation. We even decorated to make our celebrations extra special! The majority of our time was spent at the cottage. We did venture out for a family breakfast at Euphoria, which was delicious, and to visit the main resort. We visited Sunset Walk as well and enjoyed some of the dining options there and some sweet treats. The property was very clean and very well maintained. The location was perfect, corner unit and walking distance to other resort attractions. Plenty of space for extended family. I’ve recommended this to several friends and family and in fact they have already booked their vacation. Perfect way to end a very hectic school year and decompress and enjoy some much needed family time.
