Or just relaxing in the apartment on the comfortable couch and side chairs while reading a book, magazine, or catching up on a favourite movie. On entry you will be led into the lounge room that is the central living space, it is open planned and filled with natural light, which then leads onto the wrap around deck with ocean views. With a north facing balcony off the lounge and dining area, enjoy the morning sun. The open plan lounge and dining give the whole apartment a spacious, well proportioned, and airy feel. The kitchen has a large granite benchtop as the centre piece to create great meals, memories, and drinks with friends. The kitchen is also equipped with condiments, high end appliances, induction top, dishwasher and a selection of teas and coffee.

There is a total of three bedrooms – the master bedroom with king bed, air con, TV, built in wardrobe, opening sliding screened glass door to a private balcony and its own ensuite; the second main bedroom has air con, built in wardrobe, opening sliding screened glass door to a private balcony; and the third bedroom has a designer timber built in bunk bed with single underneath and trundle bed plus built-in cupboard and pedestal fan. The large main bathroom includes a shower, basin and heated towel rails and separate powder room. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The space is designed for complete relaxation with a shared pool in the complex, outdoor and indoor dining and all the amenities you will need for the ultimate holiday. The décor is handpicked and stylish - intended to give the guests who stay here a completely unique and memorable experience. There is aircon throughout to keep the apartment cool in summer. Fans are in all of the bedrooms and lounge room. The property enjoys ocean breezes for cooling cross ventilation.

The Sunshine Retreat is all on one level – so will suit families, friends, and small groups.

Just a stone's throw away from the golden sands of Sunshine Beach and the Village of restaurants, cafes, bottle shops, take outs and Surf Club.

Note - There are a small flight of stairs from the front entrance, and then another flight from the secure carpark in basement. A single secure underneath carpark and plenty of free street parking for more than one car.
Complex - surrounded by lush leafy tropical landscaped gardens with a private communal inground pool with sunbathing terrace and BBQ areas, this is a quiet, well-maintained complex that although so close to the village and beach, is tucked away from the hustle and bustle.
