Nice stay

We had a really nice stay. Purpose of this trip was to relax with the family. The condo was great, very big and stocked with anything you would need. The location was like perfect, everywhere we went was about 10 minutes away. Myrtle Beach is so nice and relaxing. So many restaurants to choose from!

A must when staying at the beach!

Heather was an amazing host! We were just off the road enough for it to be super quiet and enjoyable! We loved how close we were to the beach and many other attractions! The place was spotless, and had everything we needed to be able to just relax. We will be staying again!

If you are looking for a great place to bring family and friends this is you place. Perfect location 15/20 min to everything you want/need. Heather is so responsive when we had questions. If you are thinking about booking this place do not wait she has a great place.

Totally Awesome

Condo was magnificent, clean and orderly well kept and very well taken care of. Was a 5 minute drive from whatever we were wanting to do whether set on the beach, shop, or eat. It's ( the condo) is what put our vacation over the top.

My friends and I booked a last minute beach week here and our stay was wonderful! Heather was very nice to let us stay here especially with us being 18 years old. It was very clean and provided all the essentials. She was also very quick to reply to any questions we had or inform us with any updates regarding the condo. Would totally recommend!

Best place to stay in Myrtle beach

The condo is lovely, clean, spacious and welcoming. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has everything we needed. The grounds and pool are pleasant and well maintained, great place to hang out. The condo is a short drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and activities in the area. A great place to enjoy your time in Myrtle beach. Heather is a super host. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and memorable place to stay!

Simply Amazing

This was our 2nd time at this location and it is amazing. The 3 bedroom provides plenty of room and the screened in patio is a nice oasis when you want to sip coffee and enjoy nature. Beautiful Stay

I stayed here with my family last week and it was absolutely beautiful! Nice clean home, lots of beach and pool supplies, beautiful kitten and it even has a beautiful porch. The beds and sheets were clean. Big living space. 9/10 the only issue was for a family of 6 we could have used a tad more detergent and dish washer detergent as well. Besides that, I highly recommend staying here.

Myrtle beach condo

This was our 3rd year staying in this condo for the month of March. The condo is perfect. The condo has everything you need. There is comfortable furniture and a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. The location is central to everything we need including golf. Our host is more than reactive to our questions . We keep coming back for Heathers hospitality. Great golf and restaurants in area.

Myrtle Beach Palace

I thoroughly enjoyed my two week stay at the Fairways condo in Myrtle Beach. It was super clean, spacious and provided all amenities you would need, for a memorable getaway. I especially liked the screened in patio off of the master bedroom. Such a quiet spot to enjoy morning coffee. The condo is centrally located. Only a half hour away from Murrells Inlet and about 25 minutes to North Myrtle Beach. The weather which I enjoyed for 2 weeks was fantastic.

Looks like the pictures!

This place looks just like the pictures. Location was great. Went to the golf course that wasn’t even a mile away. Wife enjoyed the outlet mall that was only 5 minutes down 501. Restaurants in every direction. We saw security on site often which was a plus. Heather was pleasant. I’ll be back to golf this year.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our 2+ week stay in November. Condo is very conveniently located to nearly anything you’d want to do. It was clean upon arrival and well stocked. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving dinner! Heather was very helpful and quick to respond to questions . The only thing we struggled with was determining which channel was which on television as menu didn’t list them! 🤷‍♀️

Great location, has potential but needs work

First floor property in a great location. Nice size condo. However, overall the property was not very clean. Chipped paint in areas. Back porch was absolutely filthy and could not be used. Little to no supplies. Very low grade toilet paper. No soap, one towel per person. One low end hair dryer for 3 BR condo (6 people) Had a lot of potential but needs upgrading. Couch is extremely soft and very uncomfortable. You sink so far down in it you need someone to pull you out.
