Both sides of A Getaway Retreat rented together — four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and sleeping twelve across two fully equipped units in Holmes Beach, one block from the bay.

Each unit has its own private sundeck for morning coffee, its own downstairs sitting area with gas grill and firepit, and its own two-car garage underneath the building. Four covered parking spaces total — rare for a Holmes Beach property of any size. Boat, trailer, jet ski, and RV storage is available on-site for guests arriving with recreational vehicles.

The bay is one block away — kayak launch, playground, and basketball court all accessible on foot. The beach buggy and full beach gear are stored on the ground floor, ready for trips to the Gulf beach. The free AMI trolley stops within walking distance for getting around without moving your cars.

Each unit sleeps six. Side A — the west unit — has a king bed in the master and two twins in the second bedroom. Side B — the east unit — mirrors the same configuration. Both units have queen sleeper sofas in the living rooms, in-unit washer and dryers, new appliances, and new tile floors throughout. Twelve guests sleep in proper beds or on proper sofa beds — no air mattresses, no overflow arrangements.

The tropical yard has seating areas shared between both units. The communal firepit makes the outdoor space a natural gathering point for a group of twelve.

The bay is one block away — kayak launch, playground, and basketball court accessible on foot. The Gulf beach is further — worth knowing if beach swimming is the priority for your group.

A Getaway Retreat requires a one-week minimum stay with four-car garage parking included.
