Forget about all your stress and worries while taking in the beautiful view of quiet Little Mush a Mush lake! This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom modern, open concept home boasts a fully stocked kitchen, Wifi, spacious bedrooms and living areas that are perfect to relax and reconnect in. Television with chrome cast is available when you need a break from the beautiful view of 125 feet of direct waterfront with a dock. The lake is great for swimming, and water sports so bring all your toys!
*Pricing is based on 6 person occupancy, with a fee per additional person/night.* We do not allow groups larger than 10 individuals (including children). If this house rule is violated, you will be removed from the property immediately during your stay. Registration number: STR2526T8920

Beautiful views, 20 minutes to Lunenburg which is a fun coastal town with excellent food and views. House was perfect for our group of 6. Plenty of room and had everything we needed.

What a wonderful vantage point to visit Lunenburg, Mahone Bay and Chester, or just stay in and enjoy the beautiful lake view. The house is clean and well-appointed. Elise is prompt to respond to any questions. We (a group of 6 ladies) thoroughly enjoyed our time together.

Great location

This property is a great location for Mahone Bay and Lunenburg. It was wonderful to be on the water and had great outdoor seating for the whole family. The kitchen was well stocked for the home cools. It was a great stay.

Thanksgiving in Mahone Bay

Had a wonderful stay. Relaxed on the dock by the lake, had a thanksgiving meal in the best stocked kitchen we’ve stayed at. It was enjoyed by all 10 of us.

Wonderful Labour Day Weekend

We stayed over Labour Day Weekend and had a great time. It was a great space for a big group of friends or family. The lake was warm and fire pit was great. We'd go back again!

Sisters at Heart

It was amazing! From the moment we walked in the door, it felt like a home. Plenty of room for 5 ladies. Lake was refreshing, wished we had booked it for longer.

We go away every summer with another couple and have been to a number of properties in the Maritime region.This property was exceptional! Spotless and stocked with all of the essentials and then some! Plenty of dishes, cutlery, towels, bedding etc. The extra kitchen supplies were a great addition.The property offers a great indoor layout (bright and spacious), great outdoor seating spaces and views. A very quiet spot but close to Lunenburg and Mahone Bay for day trips. We so loved our 3-night stay and didn’t want to leave!We would happily return!

Fabulous vacation

Our stay to this property was for a 3 generation family trip. The cottage was easy to find and check-in instructions were very clear. The inside was quite well stocked and very clean. Overall, it was exactly as advertised and when we reached out to the owner with questions she was very responsive. As an added bonus, sunrises and sunsets were phenominal!!

Relaxing spot

Kitchen well equipped. Great to have lake for swimming. Lots of room for 8 of us. Thoroughly enjoyed the place. Was close to Mahone Bay area. Very fast response from host when we required help. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Family vacation

We had eight people plenty of room for all comfortably..absolutely stunning view!! Would definitely book again..only discrepancy would be garbage regulations..apparently each county is different.and no dock to jump into the water, however i believe it just wasnt set up yet..however it had everything we needed..

Once a year my lovelies and I rent a VRBO….this home hosted by Elise was remarkable in every way possible…I highly recommend this home…it was everything and more…Elise was a pleasure to deal with…we even had a few laughs ….we will definitely be back ….no complaints

Beautiful Lake Front Property

We were 8 family members staying at this property. The views and location were excellent. Comfortable beds and air conditioned was appreciated. Loved the water cooler, so nice to arrive and have cold water available to us. We would return to this property. Only suggestion would be to provide soap in showers.

Beautiful quiet lakeside getaway

We stayed for a long weekend and it was beautiful. The house is meticulously kept and very clean (I’m a clean freak) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked as others had said. The layout was perfect. All but one bedroom has views of the lake. The lake was gorgeous and so peaceful. We’re hoping to come back again soon. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!

Beautiful lake and location

The lake is absolutely perfect for swimming, fishing and relaxing. The house is quite large and easily accommodated our big group. Everything was super clean and check in/check out was easy! The house is quite bare but the outdoor areas, patios, fire pits made a summer stay perfect! The only thing our group really missed was that there was no dining room table, which meant eating meals on the floor/couch which we didn’t love. Otherwise, it’s a great spot!

Great location for a group of family/people

The VRBO was very good but due to Hurricane Lee we were out of power for 2 1/2 days so not set up for this scenario, a small generator would have definitely been good to have at the home mainly for the Fridges & water! We were able to manage but had to ask for drinking water and propane of which extra should have been available on site plus back up light, candles and flashlights need to be in home!

Lakefront Paradise

This place was as advertised. Well appointed kitchen and very thankful for the games provided as they gave us hours of fun as we waited out several days of rain. We wish the weather would have been better so we could have enjoyed the lake a little more. Having said that we did get some great pictures of the sunset over the lake. Thank you so much for sharing your great location. We will be back.

TRIP OF A LIFETIME - HOUSE & PROPERTY IS PERFECTION!!!

5 in total, in our 50’s and 60’s! The house was amazing, so clean and spacious, comfortable beds, fully stocked with what a kitchen needs, great fire pit and area to sit down at the dock. Elise was always prompt with any questions we had. From the minute we walked in the front door, the view was breathtaking. All of us can’t say enough about this property and it was close to Mahone Bay and Lunenburg. It was sad leaving and would never hesitate to rebook it again! Thank you Elise as it was a long awaited sibling trip and spouses that we will NEVER forget!!!!

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay. The host was super responsive. The house was easy to find, easy to check-in, and super clean! Perfect for our family (3 adults, 4 kids). We loved the two separate living room spaces, one near the kitchen and one on the lower level. The views from nearly every room of the house were of the lake! The house was comfortable, safe, and nicely set up. Plenty of towels, dishes and seating for a big family. The lake was beautiful. Saw otters and loons. Plenty of chairs to sit near the water or by the fire pit. The water was clear and the kids loved jumping from the dock and swimming. Even caught some fish. Location was great! Close to lots of restaurants, shops, ice cream and grocery stores. We visited Halifax, Sand Dollar beach, Peggy’s Cove, Lunenburg, Wolfville, and loved a little place called BernArt Maze! It was a fantastic trip. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect vacation house

9/10. Perfect vacation house. Great location. Fully stocked and even lots of supplies, food and drink leftover from other guests. Lake was super clean and great to swim in with fantastic views from the house and back yard. Only 2 improvement points and this would have been perfect: 1. Their was no firewood left! Owner said they would get some but it never arrived. We were able to get enough deadwood in the surrounding forest but wasn’t ideal. 2. Place would have been 100% amazing with some kayaks, paddleboards, etc which we really missed.
