That said, this space is easily transformed into an air-conditioned oasis, depending on your mood. Bright space and breezy décor set a contempary tone throughout. The living spaces are decorated with designer furniture and high-end electronics.
The beauty of the ocean that is just steps away. Youâll also enjoy the outdoor living space from your private balcony perfect for a romantic evening under the stars.

You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.
We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.
Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
Please check with Mazatlan4Rent Guest Relations for approval.
