This home will allow you to unwind and enjoy time spent relaxing and entertaining with stunning water views as your back drop. Youâll also be able to enjoy water sports with the convenience of your own private jetty directly across the road from this home.
The Space:
Across the road also has bike/walking track which you can enjoy a beautiful walk along the waterfront. Great location close to the heart of Goolwa where you will find restaurants, cafes, take away shops, chemist, boutiques and lots more, and in minutes away from the bridge that will take you over to Hindmarsh Island.
** PLEASE NOTE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10**
Downstairs
- Open hallway with wide access doors and stairs
- Large family room downstairs overlooking the water with a kitchenette including a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge with an electric cooktop and an 8 seater table. This is a perfect space for the children or second family to spend quality time.
- Bedroom 2 has a built in robe and a ceiling fan. Sleeping arrangements with a King Single bed as well as a King Single Bunk Beds and a trundle pull out bed Total of 4 Beds.
- Bed 3 with water views, built in robes and ceiling fan. Sleeping arrangements with Queen bed.
- Separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer
- Main Bathroom with a large bath and shower. Enjoy the bonus of heated towel rails!
- Separate toilet
- Walk in Sauna in the passage way adjacent to the laundry and bathroom. What a bonus addition to enjoy on your holiday.
- Ducted heating and cooling throughout the home
Upstairs
- Wide access stair case leading upstairs
- Stunning Open plan Kitchen, Living and Dining area.
- Open up all the doors from the living area to the Gorgeous entertainers deck with a large BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. No need to worry about the gas running out it is all directly hooked up to the home gas supply. What a great indoor outdoor space. Sit back and relax watching the boats and the breath taking views of the stunning river.
- Living area with a plenty of seating areas. Beautiful gas fireplace and a ceiling fan. Large smart TV mounted on the wall.
- Dining area with a large 8 Seater Dining table.
- Kitchen with stone top benches, electric cooking, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, lots of bench space and lots of utensils for every meal of the day. Breakfast bench with stools. Main pantry is locked for landlords use only.
- Second half of the family room can be shut off to act as an additional bedroom or sitting room with the Main bathroom potentially serving as the ensuite with spectacular brass fittings brass fittings
