The Downtown Apt! 10min from Convention Center

Summary:
Welcome to the Charming Downtown Indy Apt. We are located only 10 min to the heart of downtown. Enjoy your privacy. You'll have plenty of space to stretch out and lounge. The bedroom has a nice balcony where you can step out and enjoy. Lounge on the couch and enjoy the night on the couch in front of the Smart TV. A roll away bed is in the apartment for a third guest please notify us.

The Space:
The apartment is on the second floor accessible by a smart lock & has its own personal access to the balcony. So to all my guest with mobility issues There are 2 additional apartment's on the 1st floor we can accommodate you with. Just let me know. We're so happy to have you!
The balcony is shared with the apt across from yours making it a great option to join friends by booking both apartments.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is in the process of improvement, although it hasn’t fully recovered yet. While it may not be picturesque, it offers safety and tranquility. Most neighbors are friendly, including families and older residents. The apartment complex underwent a complete remodel in 2017.

You’ll find two nearby grocery stores: Aldi (6691 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46219) and Save A Lot (3739 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46201). Save A Lot is the closest, just a 15-minute walk or a 4-minute drive away.

The bus route conveniently runs along the cross street, with a direct stop only 2 minutes from the suite.

Parking is abundant, thanks to a specially designated lot right behind the apartment complex.

Remember that house rules strictly prohibit smoking, pets, parties, or events. Violations will result in fines ranging from $50 to $500.

Getting Around:
The bus route is on the main street two minutes walking distance from the Suite.

There's also an Enterprise car rental location within minutes of the apartment.
