Located just 17 mins from the airport, also near Lucas Oil Stadium, the Indiana Convention Center, and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Comes with a full kitchen, coffee/tea bar, and luxury to roam the entire complex with many amenities to choose from! The apartness’s nice. We apparently cannot follow directions after midnight concerning getting to the apartment. Getting the key that late was a bit scary too. Easy to get in and out of the garage and it is locked. The bed was horrible because it was very hard. We couldn’t find the volume on the TV remote and then felt stupid when we located it.

Great Apartment in Indy

The apartment was really nice and clean, and the building felt very safe. Looked just like the pictures and was very comfortable. Host left tons of good amenities for guests and was very clear with check-in and check-out instructions. Amazing stay for a great price point!

Weekend getaway

Condo is a perfect location to downtown Indy. A very short Uber distance away. Property was very clean and exactly how it was described. Would definitely stay again.

I booked the Vrbo 6+ months in advance. Messaged about the check-in process two days before the check-in time. The host unexpectedly canceled the stay, however, at 1 am, 14 hours before the check-in time. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOST.

Sports Weekend

Walking distance to IU sports campus. Building under new management and undergoing some renovation work. Residents are very nice. Dog park on 5th could use better owner poop patrol, but was great for the 3am pee session. Quiet hallways. Vegan cafe on main floor and Vegan burgers along canal.

Nice location on the canal

We enjoyed staying at this apartment on the canal during our week-long visit in Indianapolis. The space was clean and had a full kitchen. The check-in process was easy and it was also not too far from a Kroger for grocery shopping. The biggest disappointment was the fact that the rooftop pool was drained and closed during our entire stay, despite it being the middle of July. The pool was a huge selling point and we were looking forward to enjoying it while we were there. The dryer also stopped working after the first load and the property manager was unable to fix it before we left. We had to wash and dry our laundry at another location. Other than those problems, we had a positive stay at this apartment.

Good place for one night stop over on long trip

Rental is extremely clean. The directions were good for finding key. Sadly the pool was closed when I got in from driving all day and there was no information available on pool hours. Host provided information on recommended restaurants. Note: use of Glade PlugIns if you are fragrance sensitive.

Extra cost

Our stay was rather nice as far as cleanliness goes however, due to the pool being down for construction that we were not made aware of prior to our stay, promises I had made to my children to swim were interrupted and we had to find other ways to make our annual family vacation everything we’d all expected. I spent an additional $150 to take my family on excursions that we didn’t anticipate on doing or spending. We did not have a balcony either so there was definitely a feeling of vertigo without any fresh air. Furniture was broken and or didn’t provide light.

The place you see is NOT the place you get.

This rental was a disaster from start to finish. I should have trusted my gut after reading reviews on Vrbo and of the apartment complex itself through other search engines. Hopefully you won’t make the same mistakes I have made. I reached out 4 days before check in to verify that the pool would be open for our July trip. He said it was closed at the moment, but would be opened by the time our trip began. The night before check in I still had not received any check in instructions and began to feel uneasy. I messaged Jeremy but did not receive check in instructions until the morning of our stay. The day of check in he sends a message with instructions that felt sketchy to say the least. He also said sorry, the pool won’t be open & also, the apartment YOU SAW in the LISTING IS NOT the apartment you will be staying in. He offered to send a partial refund for the pool being closed, but he never followed through on that promise. I sent Jeremy a reply but he didn’t answer. I called him on his phone, but he didn’t pick up. I called Vrbo to get advice on what to do and they said we should cancel our trip and file for a fraudulent listing refund. Vrbo attempted to called Jeremy on 3 separate occasions with us holding on the line, but he never answered the phone. It has now been 9 weeks. He has still never responded to me. Due to all of this VRBO has opened an active investigation on him. I had to book a hotel for the weekend and am still waiting on my $500 refund.
