I Spy-Cozy Pet Friendly,Ski In/Out Private Hot Tub
This fully equipped, Pet Friendly, Ski In/Ski Out townhome with a Private Hot Tub is in a great location in the Happy Valley area of Big White Ski Resort.
It is very nicely appointed with a steam shower, BBQ, drip coffee maker, electric fireplace and all the cookware/dishware you will need during your stay.
Located in the Spyglass complex. Just walk out the door, step in your skis and head right down to Laraâs Gondola. Happy Valley Lodge, the Skating Rink and Tube Park are less than two minutes away.
The Village at Big White is just a short and scenic gondola ride away to reach multiple lifts as well as all the shops, restaurants and amenities.

We have another property available directly above that sleeps 9, which adds up to a total sleeping capacity of 15 for both properties! Please inquire to book multiple properties.

Master Bedroom: Queen size bed with ensuite (full bath)
Second Bedroom: Single over double bunk with a single trundle bed underneath.
Parking
- 1 vehicle in the garage. 90" height clearance, 96" wide and 19' deep.
- Additional parking stalls in the complex are available on a first come first serve basis.
- Overflow parking is available at Happy Valley. Details in Check-in instructions.

For the past 15 years we have been based in Burlington, Ontario and have recently relocated to England for work. We have both been coming to Big White to ski for many years (Jen is originally from BC) and knew we wanted to settle here in the future. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do!"

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit(s) or building(s). Failure to abide by this rule could lead to a $1,000 fine if evidence is found in the unit upon check-out.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
No parties or events of any kind are permitted on or within the premises unless agreed upon.
No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises
The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description.
Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to.
If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area.
If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.
The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged $150, which will be deducted from your damage deposit.
All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.
