Accessible from the backside of the house, the main door is located on the middle floor and offers personal pin pad access for guest entry. Access codes will be sent to guests shortly before arrival. You will enter this reverse floor plan property on the bedroom level. Directly ahead is the Queen bedroom. This room offers a Queen Bed, Flat Screen Smart TV, sound side deck access, and access to the shared full bathroom. The next bedroom down the hall is the Twin Bunk room. This room offers a Twin bed and a set of Twin Bunk Beds, along with a Flat Screen Smart TV, and sound side deck access. The last bedroom on this floor is located at the end of the hall and would be considered the Master Suite. This room offers a King Bed, private full bath with tub, Flat Screen Smart TV, and access to the sound side deck as well. The full-sized washer and dryer are located in the hall behind the bifold doors for easy access.

Upstairs, on the main living floor, you are greeted by breathtaking views through the sliding glass doors and multiple windows on the sound side of the house. The modern kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances and a plethora of basic cooking essentials including pots, pans, dinnerware, and utensils. The dining room offers seating for 6 at the table as well as 4 additional stools at the bar, so the whole family can gather together to enjoy fresh local seafood and each other's company. The open living room area offers comfortable custom couches and decorative chairs so that you can relax after a long day on the beach. Gather around the large Flat Screen Smart TV to catch up on your favorite shows and movies when you have had enough fun in the sun for the day. The sliding glass doors in the living room lead you to the spacious sound side deck where you can sit out and enjoy watching the boats travel down the Intracoastal waterway. At the end of a long day nothing beats the spectacular sunset views, so pull up a chair and enjoy the show! Just off the living room, you will find the final bed and bathroom. This bedroom offers a Queen bed, Flat Screen Smart TV, and access to the sound side deck. The shared full bathroom for this floor is located at the end of the hall and offers a vanity sink and shower stall.

There is a beach access located just north of the property at the corner of Smith Ave and Ocean Blvd. For those kayaking lovers at your party, there is a public sound side beach access with parking located just a block away at the corner of Carolina Blvd and Smith Ave that offers a Kayak/Canoe launch.
