Consideration for Other Guests:
Please note there is another short-term rental unit above. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise during the day, but you can expect the usual noises of being in the basement. Additionally, we request that both units' guests observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Shared Heating and Air Conditioner:
This unit shares a furnace and air conditioner with the unit above. Therefore, the thermostat is locked within a specific temperature range of 21-23 degrees Celsius (70-72 degrees Fahrenheit).

Pets:
If you are staying with a dog or dogs that bark often, please do not leave them alone in the unit.

Parking:
Free street parking is available anywhere on the street. Parking spots are not assigned. However, please be mindful not to park in the handicapped parking spaces marked by the blue handicap signs.
