Perfect for 4 guests, this bright, newly renovated space features a dedicated workspace, full kitchen, and family-friendly amenities like a Pack-and-Play, and high chair. Enjoy a private entrance and balcony, just minutes from downtown, the zoo, and SAIT. Your ideal home base for exploring Calgary!
The space:
Step into a bright, clean, and inviting space designed for comfort and convenience. This newly renovated main-floor suite is filled with natural light and features modern furnishings throughout, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your stay.
âą Living Area: Unwind in the comfortable living room, which includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements and a Smart TV for your entertainment.
âą Bedrooms & Bath: Enjoy a restful night in one of two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed. The suite includes a full bathroom stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
âą Kitchen & Dining: Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern stainless steel appliances. A dining area provides the perfect spot to enjoy your food.
âą In-Suite Laundry: For your convenience, a washer/dryer combo is located in the unit.
âą Dedicated Workspace: For those needing to work remotely, a dedicated workspace is available, complete with a monitor and computer accessories.
âą Family-Friendly Amenities: We welcome families and provide a Pack-and-Play crib and a high chair to make your stay with little ones easier.

Guests will have private access to the entire main-floor unit.

⹠Climate Control: The suite has both A/C and heating. The system is shared with the lower unit and maintained at a comfortable temperature of 21-23°C (70-72°F). We also provide space heaters and fans so you can fine-tune the temperature to your preference.
âą As there are 2 units in this home, you may occasionally hear muffled sounds and voices from the guests below. We appreciate your mindfulness of noise levels for their comfort as well. We ask guests of both units for quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
âą Pet Friendly: We love furry friends! We ask that they not be left alone in the suite if they are prone to barking or damaging furniture.
âą Parking: Free street parking is readily available, but is not assigned. Please be mindful not to park in designated handicapped spaces.
âą Safety & Security: For your safety and security, please be aware that exterior security cameras are located on the property.
