The Space:

For larger gatherings, it can be rented along with its sister villa, La Pinta, to expand capacity. The two villas also share a tennis court and gym. This self-contained paradise is a wonderful place to simply shut the door on the world. La Nina makes the most of its outdoor spaces. The beautiful crystal-clear pool is the centerpiece of the spacious covered terraces and sundecks. You have multiple choices for lounging and al fresco dining allowing you to accommodate small or large parties. The interior living space, with areas for lounging and dining, is an open plan concept, flowing seamlessly from inside to outside. Large pocket doors disappear into the wall allowing the view and breeze to come inside. The decor is contemporary with a cozy vibe. Oversized taupe wicker and cream fabrics complement the amazing stone wall in the living room. Charming painted furniture in neutral tones creates a modern twist to Creole classics. The sleek, well-equipped kitchen opens to the terraces allowing the chef to connect with the guests.



The two equal size bedrooms are set off the pool deck. The decor is fresh and contemporary with an old-world Caribbean twist. Painted furnishing in taupe and cream are complimented by elegant linens in tan, cream, and white and colorful artwork. The feel is cozy and elegant. The en suite spa-style bathrooms are beautifully detailed in travertine tiles, sculpted sinks, and walk-in showers.



Although secluded, you are close to amenities. Long Bay and Plum Bay beaches are a short drive. You are ten minutes to the airport. Baie Nettle's restaurants are only 5 minutes away and a further 5 minutes you reach the charming French capital of Marigot with restaurants, shops and galleries, historic buildings, and the Creole Market. Grand Case is only 25 minutes by car or head to Phillipsburg for some Duty-Free shopping.

Guest Access:

* Concierge Access: Before and throughout your stay, a dedicated concierge will be available to assist with all arrangements and requests. We coordinate a wide range of services including in-villa chef services, delivery services (groceries, champagne & wine deliveries), in-villa massages, in-villa car rental deliveries, restaurant reservations, boat charters, tours and activities and more!

* Housekeeping Services: Monday through Saturday (except for holidays).

* Complimentary Welcome Basket: A curated welcome basket will be awaiting you upon arrival.

* Complimentary Arrival Transfer: One complimentary transfer from the airport to the villa is included for up to 10 guests. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our airport host just outside the arrivals hall.

* Complimentary Departure Transfer: One complimentary transfer from the villa to the airport is included for up to 10 guests.

Food lovers will appreciate the villa’s proximity to exceptional dining. Baie Nettle and Porto Cupecoy offer a variety of gourmet restaurants and waterfront eateries. For everyday essentials, you’ll enjoy convenient access to small local markets, with larger grocery stores just a short drive away.



Beach lovers are perfectly situated, with some of the island’s finest beaches close by. Baie Longue, Baie Rouge and Plum Bay are all within a short walk or drive from the villa. Spend your days sinking your toes into soft white sand, swimming in crystal-clear waters, or relaxing under the warm Caribbean sun.



Getting Around:

To make your stay effortless, our concierge service is available to arrange a hassle-free car rental for you. Vehicles are delivered directly to the villa, and all paperwork is completed upon your arrival. We recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay, and our team is happy to assist with all arrangements.



Other Things to Note:

*This 2-bedroom villa accommodates up to 4 guests as standard. It is possible to host up to 2 additional guests at a cost of $100 per guest, per night, plus 10% tax and service fee. Please note that a rollaway bed must be rented to accommodate the extra guests. If you are traveling with more than 4 guests, please reach out to us in advance to confirm availability and pricing.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM), you will be warmly greeted by our airport greeter, who will guide you to your complimentary arrival transfer (for up to 10 guests). Your driver, fully familiar with the island, will ensure a smooth and direct journey to the villa. At the villa, you will be welcomed by your personal Guest Experience Specialist, who will give you a full tour of the property and serve as your dedicated point of contact throughout your stay.



Before your arrival, all details will be coordinated with you to ensure a seamless, stress-free, and relaxing Caribbean welcome—so you can start enjoying your vacation from the moment you land.
