This renovated quintessential coastal home offers the perfect accommodation for a family get away. Brilliantly located within walking distance to both the front and back beaches, a 10 minute walk to Sorrento village, and a short stroll to the St Paul's General Store for your morning coffee. The north facing fenced garden, large deck and undercover alfesco area are perfect for kids and entertaining at home. We love coming down with our kids, and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Perfect family getaway

Perfectly aligned to family living with all the comforts of home. Cannot fault. Great location and the hospitality of the hosts are worth every dollar you pay. Would definitely recommend.

A little disappointed……

I feel we were over charged for this accommodation. Maybe it was a last minute booking, we found the house was not in its best condition, there was a dead rat next to the fridge, makeup brush and toys (?) in the dish drawer, not sufficient pans and no dishwasher detergent. Maybe that was why it was one of the few last ones left vacate…….

A lovely beach house with a great layout for a large family

Our family enjoyed our second stay at this lovely single level beach house, that has lots of rooms and space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the back decking and the large outdoor table for meals on warm nights, the easy walk / ride to town and the practical layout of the house. It was great to come home from the beach to use the outdoor shower so all the sands stays outside! We hope we can stay here again and again and again! Thanks for having us : )

A fantastic and surprisingly large family beach house in a great location

Our family (2 adults, 4 kids) had a wonder stay in this lovely beach house. It was bigger than expected, with large rooms, practical but comfortable furnishings in ever room and everything you need for an easy plus relaxing holiday. The kids really enjoyed the big front and backyards, the easy walk or bike ride in to town and the open fire on cold nights. The parents really enjoyed cooking in the open plan kitchen, then sitting around the large dining tables both indoor and outdoor with our family plus friends who came to visit for a meal. We enjoyed ourselves so much we really hope we can stay here again another time. Thanks for letting us pretend your holiday home was ours for 12 days!

Lovely house, stylish and clean

We booked this property last minute over xmas and had a wonderful stay. The host was great to deal with getting back to us quickly on the booking and all questions. The property was great. Beautifully renovated and styled. lots of bathrooms and a great entertaining space. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Sorrento getaway

Just 15 minutes walk from the town centre or across the road is an off-road track which we cycled into town in five minutes. It’s a really relaxing property and so spacious and light. We were a bit concerned at first about booking this property as it is on Melbourne Road which is quite busy but Genevieve assured us that it would be quiet which it really was. Very minimal noise at front and very peaceful in the garden. It’s also very close to the back beaches which we really appreciated this year. Only five minutes walk from beautiful Diamond Bay. Wifi was good and despite it being v busy in Sorrento which always affects service, we had no problems with phones or Netflix. Only minimal worry we had was about taking care of marble work tops which seem to mark even if you so much as look at them! Hopefully we kept them mark free but I did worry about them! Genevieve was great at communicating and very friendly. We would love to stay here again and can highly recommend it.

I'm a mum of two young kids who doesn't get to travel as much as I use to! I spent a lot of my childhood in Sorrento, and now my young family love the beach and coming down for holidays. Now that we have started renting the house for holidays, I love the idea of other families enjoying our home too.

During your stay I will be available via mobile. We have also arranged for someone local who knows the house well to be available if you have any issues that need fixing. If you need anything, just ask!

The accommodation includes: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (including master en-suite and a separate powder room), and a separate lounge with double sofa bed and open fireplace. An open plan kitchen living dinning area with a gas flame heater. The kitchen includes integrated Ilve appliances, elba marble benches and a butlers pantry. Huge dinning table that seats 10. Sony Smart TV with Netflix. Ducted heating throughout and air conditioning in the kitchen, living, dining areas as well as the master bedroom. Two large decks; one with a heated outdoor shower, and the other with an undercover outdoor dining area with another dining table that can seat 12. Webber FamilyQ

Location! Short walk to the St Paul's Road General Store. Walking distance to both bay and back beaches, Coastal Track, Sorrento Village and the Sorrento Sailing and Couta Boat Club. the house and garden are deceptively quiet and have an easy relaxed feel.
