Located within a stunning 20 acre equestrian property The Gatehouse is a single level home welcoming 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.
The 2 master bedrooms have generous fitted wardrobes, dressing table, Queen beds and large en-suite with bath and shower.
The 3rd bedroom has queen bed, fitted wardrobe and the fourth bedroom has 2 single and fitted wardrobe.
The third bathroom has shower and toilet facilities
Large family kitchen/dining and open plan sitting room.

Family wedding weekend. Frieda’s property is fabulous, enough space for us all plus sitting outside overlooking the horse arena is special. Her attention to detail in the house was incredible. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay over the weekend with friends at the gatehouse. It’s in an excellent location which allowed us to explore the swan valley region, the house and beautiful surroundings were lovely to walk around too. Would definitely recommend and stay again, thank you :)

The Gatehouse at Glenbaile is an outstanding property. We enjoyed 4 days together (3 generations) family. Property owner Frieda had a genuine interest in ensuring our stay was a memorable time. The home easily accommodated the 8 of us allowing time together and time to be alone if wanted.Of al the properties we have booked on Stayz, the Gatehouse stands alone at the top.

An absolute pleasure to stay at this beautiful equestrian Gatehouse. Quiet and peaceful and the scenery was lovely, but also close enough to the "city" areas to visit each day. So many places to dine and visit - a couple of chocolate factories! Just a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing Stay

This is my third visit to Glenbaile. As always it was relaxing, quiet and lots to see and do in the surrounding area. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Family Stay

The house was warm and welcoming. It was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. A large house with plenty of space and a verandah with beautiful views of the property. The owner was just lovely.

Absolutely Stunning!!

We had the most amazing stay! The property is absolutely stunning and The Gatehouse itself was so much more than what we expected. So spacious and so well appointed. They have definitely thought of every little thing you need for a wonderful stay. They even spoilt us with cheese and biscuits and supplies on arrival. The hosts were so approachable and they're thoughtfulness was lovely. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even going to Bunnings late in the afternoon to get a new plug for the heavenly bath so we could totally relax during our stay. We highly recommend staying with these lovely hosts and their beautiful property.

Great location in the Swan Valley close to everything and in quiet area with view looking out at the horses being exercised. Very comfy and fully equipped with everything you could need. Easily contactable and helpful owners.

Family vacation

This property had the wow factor!! Very clean, tidy and cozy, and just all round beautiful! Kitchen fully stocked and functional to cook up a storm for the family. Kids loved walking around looking at the horses. Wish we had stayed a bit longer! Would definitely stay again!

Most wonderful and well presented property and the hosts are even better

Right from the moment that you are greeted at the gates of the beautiful property, you are made to feel very welcomed and the effort of the hosts providing comfort items like cheese and crackers - milk and bread - coffee etc are outstanding The rooms are incredibly spacious and well laid out and the bedding is extremely comfortable A great place to stay for any occasion and a MUST return for my next long stay in Perth
