Decadent Luxury - Covington Condo

Summary:
This is an amazing condo in the beautiful Hearne Mansion. Ornate crown molding and decorative trim work makes this getaway feel like a royal palace. Waking up in the canopy bed is an experience you won't forget! Take a stroll through the historic neighborhood, enjoying all the gorgeous homes and mansions! Close to the gorgeous, historic Roebling bridge into Cincinnati, as well as all of the amazing shops, restaurants, and bars that Covington has to offer. Stay in style at this luxurious condo!

The Space:
The space is a one bedroom condo that resides within a larger mansion. Our full kitchen that is stocked with everything that you will need to cook a fine meal. There is a grab bar in the shower for those who need it! This is the perfect place for a peaceful stay. And there is a reserved parking space just for you, with a charger for electronic vehicles!

Guest Access:
There is a smart lock on the entry door so you will be able to enter with a lock code that we will send to you prior to your stay. Access to the condo is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

The Neighborhood:
This space is located in the historic Licking Riverside neighborhood in Covington. It is full of beautifully restored historic homes that will leave you feeling as though you stepped back in time. It is only steps away from local coffee shops/restaurants and only a mile from downtown Cincinnati and all that it has to offer.

Getting Around:
There is an on-site parking space which will allow you to travel about easily with a car or you can use Uber/Lyft for a reasonable fare.

Other Things to Note:
We do have a decibel monitoring system that is required by the Homeowners Association (HOA) so that we can monitor to make sure guests maintain a reasonable volume... AKA, no parties allowed.

As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city.

Larger vehicles will not be allowed to park in the designated parking area.

Our interaction with you is minimal unless you need us. In that case, we can be there in minutes!
