Villa Malibu – the name evokes pictures of lush palm trees and blue skies. And indeed, this vacation home in central Cape Coral amazes with its tropical flair and Mediterranean architecture. Inside, guests are greeted by friendly colors and elegant furniture.

Thanks to 4 bedrooms, the Villa Malibu is perfectly suited for big groups of up to 8 persons. The master bedroom is equipped with an extra-large king-size bed; 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds, and the fourth room with two twin-size beds is ideal for children. There are 2 spacious bathrooms with showers and a bathtub.

The living area is a perfect place for the whole family to gather. Here, you can relax on the leather couch and have a movie night in front of the 55 inch TV with Blue-ray/DVD player. The TV not only amazes with HD quality, but also features a Home Theater Sound System.

A true highlight of the villa is its pool with eco-friendly solar heating and beautiful views of the canal. For some rest and relaxation, try the steaming jacuzzi. The pool area faces west, so stunning sunsets await you. And why not fire up the modern gas grill in the pool area and have a barbecue with your family?

If you like to cook, you will love the villa's kitchen, complete with a spacious counter, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and blender. There are large dining tables in the lanai and the living room.

You need to get some work done and have to print or scan something? No problem. The villa features an office for guests. More amenities include a washing machine, dryer, flatiron, hairdryer and telephone.

Behind the house you will find a boat dock with lift that offers direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. By car, it only takes 5 minutes to get to the next supermarket and the international restaurants on Del Prado Boulevard.
