A Place at the Beach I Unit 2D is located in the desirable Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. Shore Drive is conveniently located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This is a clean 2nd floor, two bedroom, two bathroom condo that has an ocean view balcony for you to enjoy your mornings and evenings on! Relax poolside at the outdoor swimming pool, or walk out to the beach and bask in the sun and sand! A Place at the Beach is next door to Sands Ocean Club with the famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar and just down the road from the always delicious Finn McCools.

The living room is bright and cheery with cozy furniture and beach decor, access to the ocean view balcony, cable TV and free WiFi. The master bedroom features a Queen size bed, private restroom, and cable TV. The guest room has a twin over a full bunk bed, and a second twin bed. For extra sleeping arrangements the living room has a sleeper sofa. A Place at the Beach can accommodate 6 people.

We are centrally located and minutes away from Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, a plethora of restaurants, and a variety of entertainment venues (House of Blues, Alabama theater, Alligator Adventure, Pirates Voyage). You are walking distance to the Famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, the Apache Pier and Flip Flops Bar and Grill.

All linens and bath towels are included, except for linens for the sleeper sofa (Queen Size). Linen price is factored into final price of stay. For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, and one parking pass per unit. Additional parking is available but is highly limited during the summer and cannot be guaranteed.

Our properties are completely non smoking.
This building does not allow motorcycles or trailers.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
No pets are allowed
Guests are permitted only 1 parking spot on site. There is very limited overflow parking across that might be available for 1 additional vehicle. A pass is still required and this parking is first come first serve and cannot be guaranteed. Please request the additional second pass if needed.
Lost or damaged parking passes will result in charges to the guests in order to replace them.
