Enjoy this two-bedroom, two-bathroom corner apartment unit with solarium and luxury Italian furnishings in the heart of Vancouver city.

Both bedrooms are spacious and well appointed with a king, ensuite bathroom with a bath/shower combo in the master bedroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, with a separate full bathroom with a bath/shower combo.
Both bedrooms have access to the solarium, with a desk and office chair and panoramic views - perfect for working executives on the go. If additional bedding is required, we can supply a queen inflatable mattress to be placed in the solarium upon request.

The kitchen is fully equipped including full-sized appliances, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, and toaster, plus tea, coffee, spices oil, vinegar, sugar etc for your convenience.

The open concept dining and living room are bright and inviting, with formal dining for 5 total guests. The smart television includes basic cable, and apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc to watch your favourite programs or stream from your personal devices.

Notable benefits: Air conditioning for those warm summer days! One parking spot is available on request. Shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are provided. Full-sized washer and dryer are located free of charge, with iron in the unit.

The Vancouver Wall Centre is close to EVERYTHING. This downtown, Burrard Street location is central to everything that you need when visiting Vancouver. Appartement confortable, très bien situé avec une superbe vue

L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, bien équipé, très bien situé pour visiter Vancouver et avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. La vue de jour comme de nuit sur Downtown est superbe! Vladimir est un hôte attentionné, qui nous a accueilli pour nous guider dans le parking et nous aider à monter les bagages dans l'appartement. A recommander sans hésiter.

Well located clean property with great views

We mostly enjoyed our stay at this downtown Vancouver high-rise. Vlad was responsive to our requests and communicated well. Some things for people to consider when booking: First, the building is right across the street from a hospital with an emergency room, and there were frequent ambulance sirens through the night. Second, the air conditioning system is non-functional. While the host has placed a free-standing AC unit in the living room, that doesn’t affect the bedrooms. There are electric tabletop fans in the bedrooms, but they don’t address humidity. There are very small windows that can be opened in the bedrooms , but there is no cross-ventilation and the open windows let in more siren noise. Perhaps the heating system works and the apartment would be fine in the winter. We were there in late September and definitely would have enjoyed central AC.

NICE APARTMENT BUT CHECKIN DIFFICULT

Check-in with a car was very difficult. Ducted air conditioning broken. Small 2.3Kw refrigerated air conditioner installed in window of lounge. Car parking space was convenient. Furniture and fittings were all of a very high quality. The large washing machine and large dryer on top worked very well.

Beautiful Condo with great views in a prime location, BUT AC doesn’t work!

Great views, well furnished, easy walk to Granville Island, great restaurants, etc! We had a little glich checking it, but finally figured it out. But, the AC was not working, it would not go below 27 degrees, making it impossible to sleep. The owner, Vladimir, asked us to contact him via his cell, if we had problems, so we did. He said he would come look at the AC settings, that afternoon, after our first night. But he never showed up, and never contacted us again. After we left yesterday, via text and then VRBO app, we let him know that we were very uncomfortable both nights, as it was way too warm to sleep with the ac not working, that we were disappointed that he did not show up as promised, and we asked for a partial refund. He has been incommunicado since Friday afternoon, our first full day in the condo. Hoping he would be in touch and work with us fairly, for him and us, we have waited to do this review till now. We need a partial refund.

The views were amazing!

We had a great stay at this property. Check in was great and the views greeted us from every room. Our host communicated very well and answered every question. We were able to walk most places and the location was perfect. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Great location and apartment! Highly recommended!

We had a great week-long stay at this apartment which is centrally located in the West end of Vancouver. It is an easy walk to a grocery store as well as many other shops and restaurants. Great view as well. Only downside was a misstep on check-in; but our host Vladimir took handled it well and we finally got settled and then had a great and comfortable stay.

Location, location, location!

This was the absolutely perfect location to discover all that Vancouver has to offer in such a well appointed and beautiful high rise apartment. Vladimir was extremely attentive to our needs and we could not have been happier with our choice. Since the apartment building is right next to a hotel once you walk out the from door there's a taxi cab waiting for you 24/7. We highly recommend it for your stay.

The condo was in a great location close to restaurants and the water. At night we had a beautiful view of all the lights of the city. I would recommend this location very highly and hope to come back in the future

Stunning views!

Very tasteful property with stunning views! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had what you needed (but bring your own coffee unless you like instant). Easy to walk to museums, shopping and eating areas and the ocean.

Great location

We stayed in this unit for one week in mid-August 2022 and we were 2 couples in our early 60s. The unit we had provided us with great views of the city day and night and easy access to all the major attractions offered by the city of Vancouver. The stop for the hop on, hop off was just in front of the building and the location of the unit was closed to many very good restaurants as well as the shopping district. The washer did not work upon our arrival, but was fixed rapidly by the owner. Queen size beds were offered in both bedrooms, but the 2nd bedroom mattress was not as confortable as expected and would benefit from being renewed. There was no place to put our things away as the closet was used to put all the surplus bedding’s sheets. This could be organized differently to allow sufficient place for guests to undo their luggage. The towels would also benefit from a change as some of them were stained. The unit was well equipped, but we would suggest adding a proper coffee machine. Thank you very much for allowing us to have a great week in Vancouver.

Perfect spot

My mom and I take a trip every year and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. The perfect location (steps from restaurants, shopping, tour bus picks-ups), floor to ceiling windows (the pictures only show half the view - totally great), clean, and well appointed. Can't go wrong with this gem.

We had a great pre-Cruise weekend stay here. very conveniently located to access all of downtown Vancouver. The place was clean and comfortable, Vladimir was easy to work with and very helpful, and the views were amazing. Definitely recommend.

Family Vacation

We were a family of 4 adults staying in this centrally located condo. Vladimir was a very attentive host checking in throughout our stay. On-site underground parking was included which is awesome since finding available parking is challenging and costly. Views from the condo, especially at night were amazing! We would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for centrally located accommodation in Vancouver. Thanks Vladimir!
