Excellent accommodation, very modern and clean. Great location for groups and families with children due to the resort amenities (pool and kids waterpark area). Host was very helpful from start to finish and would 100% book with them again.

Great stay, Great place

The place is as advertised and the management was outstanding. The beds are super soft which was the only downside for me but that's more about my preference than a reflection of the home.

Accommodations were good not great. The property was not super clean, had to wear shoes while inside mainly. Bathroom floors were dirty as well. Shower door design/seal meant that water was always on the floor. Hosts only provided a starter pack for our 12-day stay (2 toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, a roll of paper towel, 2 dishwasher pods & no laundry supplies). No coffee or coffee filters provided. We had to provide most toiletries & bathroom supplies. Patio furniture was worn & faded. Having a washer & dryer was a nice bonus. The pools & grounds were well maintained. The host was really responsive when asked questions. Overall, a good stay (3.5 stars).

As outlined in our rental information, starter supplies are provided for the first day of the stay, with guests responsible for replenishing items as needed during longer visits. We also appreciate your comments about the patio furniture and will keep them in mind as we continue improving the property.

Great location close to the convention center. Neighborhood is great with lots of restaurants near by. The unit itself is wonderful. Very clean! Beds are all comfortable. The couch is not comfortable in the least but we were just there for sleep so didn’t use it. The condo is beautifully decorated with everything you could need. Great communication with owners leading up to and around check out. No issues during the stay. We will be back!

Beautiful property. Conveniently located. Would like to see pool towels be offered. Please take the place settings off the table! It's a hassle to have to move them to use the table. We traveled with kids and having to worry about them breaking one or them getting knocked off when you are walking in the door with an armful of of stuff is frustrating. The unit is just a pretty without them!
