The Space

The home is spread over two levels for comfort and space. Downstairs features two bedrooms, including the master, plus a bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find the third bedroom, second bathroom, and the main living area.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge flow seamlessly onto the deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor living setup. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a shared dinner with family and friends.

Water Supply:
The property uses tank water, so please be mindful of usage, particularly in summer.

Road Safety:
The home is separated from the beach by a busy State Highway. Please take care when crossing and supervise children at all times.
