Fabulous North Star complex located across from the Village. FULLY renovated March 2022 with all new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, paint, furniture and décor as well as comfy beds and new bedding. Nestled in a quiet part of the complex with close proximity to the pool and hot tub area. Lovely corner unit with lots more natural lighting!

Excellent location. Close to everything we needed. The communication with the host was great. Unit was very clean and spacious for our 4 adults and I child. Would stay again.

Excellent Stay!!!!! Great location

It was a gorgeous place. The unit is modern and well equipped. Very cozy and the pool and jacuzzi area is very nice!! Location is amazing just an across the street from the Grocery Store. We will stay again !!!

Whistler stay

Location is fantastic, walking distance to village and short free shuttle to ski gondola. The apartment is large and well stocked. The property has a beautiful outdoor pool and. hot tub. The apartment was reasonably clean. The only thing that was not great was the check in process. Check in is offsite at an different location that is not easy to find. Check in staff did not know anything about the property and could not even provide directions to it. The check in process was slow and difficult. We had to pay for parking just to deal with the check in. Otherwise very nice stay.

Love the layout of the place and location. I provided the following to the management company:huge draft coming thru the front door which leaves the main floor freezing in the cold mornings. We needed to crank the base heaters and put on the fireplace.- 4 wire shelving in the cupboards is not enough space in the primary bedroom. Room needs more shelving. - bunk bed room closet doors are very hard to open and close.- small soaps and shampoo are very cheap quality.- upstairs shower, no curtain liner. Poor water pressure.- all the blinds need fixing.- a few lightbulbs need replacing - kitchen is great. Lots of dishes, some condiments and coffee filters is appreciated. modern and clean. Best room in placeMain takeaway is the place feels that it is put together on a tight budget.. a little TLC of this place would go along way.

Cozy Condo In Whistler Village

This home made for a great stay in the Whistler Village. Conveniently located walking distance to the grocery store, shops, bars, and the gondola.

Nice place. Perfect for a short vacation and decent amount of amenities for the price. Could use some board games and few more cups but those are minor. Would stay again.

Ideal location

It's pretty decent and has a very good set up for families with kids. Great to have your own parking as well. Don't expect modern or high-end though... it's like a 3.5 star hotel. Needs a bit of TLC (same melted spatulas have been there for 3 years - lol) and very dated TV system with no ability to access Netflix. Would be nice to add AC. But it's fine. We've rented the same unit for 3 years straight. Location is excellent.

The location of this property is fabulous. Communication with the property owner was great prior to booking. We did have some issues with the unit which were not actually resolved before we went, but never look the less our stay was pleasant and the unit adequate for our stay.

Perfect stay in Whistler

Not worth the money.

The amount of stairs and the height and depth of those stairs was conveniently not described. The linens were not just not luxury but old. Not enough seating for a family of 5. And chairs were hard with little padding. The pool was nice

Better for Winter than Summer

We stayed for five days during July’s heat wave (37C) and the condo doesn’t have air conditioning. The rooms have fans but these weren’t enough to help with the summer heat. The unit has plenty of dishes and cups but pantry amenities (salt, pepper, cooking oil) was sparse. The condo is partially updated, kitchen and downstairs but not the bathrooms. The complex pool is beside the unit but we didn’t find it noisy. The condo is close to the hwy so there is road noise during the day but it is quiet at night. We would recommend this place for shoulder season or Winter but not the summer.

Great location, needs better cleaning

Great Location, good size rooms, nice pool and hot tab. Cleaning on the other hand is very bad, very dusty. We didn't use dishwasher during our stay since it was super dirty. If you plan to cook there - you need to bring everything with you, even salt and paper. Manager said they dont stock salt and pepper due to COVID. This is the first place out of 5 we visited this year that said they dont stock spices due to COVID. Instead of relaxing our first evening we had to go to the store to buy spices, foil etc. It is ok place to stay for couple of nights. I hope managers will pay more attention to cleanliness of this place.

Clean unit with great location

Overall, this place was a great stay! Very clean and great location. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Only thing I felt was missing was a pizza pan and pizza cutter because we made pizza one night. There are plenty of extra supplies (dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, mini toiletries, garbage bags, paper towel, etc). The unit was located next to the pool. Pool was well enjoyed by our kids and was easily accessible and clean. It would be great if the unit had a few extra towels to use for the pool. We did manage to make it work because of the laundry machines in the unit. The laundry detergent was an extra bonus. The unit does not have A/C and the unit was very hot during the day (we stayed during a heat wave). However, each room was provided with a fan which helped cooling the place down. The master bedroom and ensuite was great sized and roomy. The second bedroom with bunkbeds is fairly small. The bunkbed did not feel safe and I reported it to the front check in desk. The bunk beds creaked with every move, and the upper bunk bed's cross slats were flexing when our children moved while sleeping. The creaking sound was loud and we were woken up every time our kids changed sleeping positions. Despite not aving A/C and the bunk bed situation, the stay was great! If the bunk bed situation is fixed, we would definitely stay here again. I would overall rate the stay as 4.5/5 if there was no bunkbed situation.

Great location

When we arrived the master bedroom lights didn’t work nor did the fireplace. This was resolved by management very quickly. While we enjoyed our stay, the reason I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness is because my daughter found several long black hairs on the sheets of the lower bunk bed. Gross. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom is covered in pink mildew. Gross. This is a simple cheap fix so I am sure these can be improved. The pillows were not the best either, need replacing. I hadn’t noticed in the photos that there are no nightstands or dressers in the bedrooms so we had to put our phones and such on the floor next to our beds. My bad for not noticing because the photos are accurate in the ad. A couple of nightstands or cheap IKEA tables next to the beds would be inexpensive but useful. The kitchen was well stocked and the downstairs was very comfortable. Great location, easy walking to village across the street and free shuttle for skiing is very convenient. With a few simple improvements, this would be a 5 star review.
