This updated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium unit that sleeps up to 4 people. This unit is located in phase 1 of the Summit in the Grand building and is walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full, remodeled kitchen, TV, stereo, and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV and the living room has a sofa sleeper plus an alcove with kid size bunk beds. (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL) The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9") and offers WiFi Internet Access in unit. Located on the green shuttle route. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great unit in awesome location!

The location is great! Easy 100 yard walk to Eagle Lodge. Fireplace is pellet stove. Could have used instructions on how to use it. Unit does have a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked with most of what you need for your stay. Great king size bed with a very comfortable mattress.

A good place to day for skiing

Decent Condo At A Reasonable Price

Mammoth Weekend

We enjoyed this condo very much. It was clean and roomy. Comfortable furniture and bed. Enjoyed covered indoor parking. This building is the closest to the Eagle Express chairlift - we were there on the final weekend that it was running for 2023. Walk-able in ski boots! Plenty of dishes, silverware, pans in the kitchen. Three types of coffee makers - 2 drip and one Keurig, so bring your brew of choice! View was blocked by snow, but I'm sure it will melt eventually ;) WIFI information that was emailed was incorrect but we found it on the sticker on the bottom of the router and it was fast and stable. Hope to come again!

This particular units didn't have any upgrades, furniture was older, carpet stained and not enough lighting. The bed was comfortable and it was okay for a short stay.

Wonderful stay at The Summit #55

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great stay at The Summit unit #55. Unit had everything we needed for my family of 4. Bunk beds are small and definitely for smaller children. Location was good and easy to find, the underground parking was nice too. The pool, jacuzzi’s, and gym were satisfactory. There was no on site support at the location (or that I could see) but the Mammoth Reservations staff were readily available by phone to help. Overall had a great experience.

No Screen door!

Reviewer Comments: The unit had no screen door and it was hot that weekend so it was uncomfortable as if we left the window open, we would get flying insects. I would not go back again unless there was a screen door. I rate the furniture a 1 because there was no screen door.

Convenient to Eagle Lodge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is pretty much like every other Summit condo, however the bed in this unit is newer and pretty comfortable. So is the sofa. The unit was buried under a mountain of snow during my visit so there was no natural light and no view. It was like being in a cave. The unit would benefit from having just one good reading lamp. The lighting is so dim in the place it is a bit depressing.

Location of this particular building at Summit is much closer to the lifts than the other ones. Two small gripes: they still make you drive to a separate location to pickup and then drop off keys. Inconvenient. Also, the ladder to the bunk bed was broken when we got there. I guess cleaning crew didn't report it to management?

My only "comment>complaint" is that there was soo much snow it was flowing into the living room. There was a piece of plywood blocking the bedroom window and one on the balcony ledge to hold the massive wall of snow out of the unit, (and every other ground level unit in Mammoth probably.) I shoveled some away from the door so I could open it but every time I tried to step out and sneak around the pillar there would be a snow fall into the room. I finally made it out and around the pillar and I was blown away by what I saw= snow so deep it engulfed the whole first floor. I walked around the complex and saw it was the same everywhere. I never stayed in a ground level place so that's probably why I was so amazed. Other than that, the room was great, I would stay there again.

The condo is in a great location just steps to the Eagle lodge. I arrived early to ski/board and the management company was able to provide me with a parking pass. The town shuttle picks up right there at the lodge and can easily get you around.
