1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in Phase 2 that is been fully remodeled. Every detail in this unit has been executed beautifully and perfectly! Cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen and dining room have heated wood floors to keep you comfortable on a cold winter day. Kick your feet up and relax in the living room that offers guests a wood burning fireplace, sofa bed and flat screen TV with cable and WiFi access. There is an alcove in the hallway with bunk beds for extra sleeping. The bedroom has a king size bed. A private washer/dryer makes it a home away from home. Pet friendly! One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. I usually don't write reviews, but this place was so nice, I had to write about it. It was clean, spacious, well stocked, well lit, great water pressure, comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, and lovely kitchen. Not only was there salt and pepper, but olive oil and other spices. It was quiet and cozy, but much bigger than I expected. Again, the furniture was clean and useful (often we get a place with one sofa love seat so not everyone can watch tv together. This place had a large wrap around sofa so we could all sit and watch a show together after skiing. The bunk beds in the hallway were great for our kids. Thanks to the hosts for sharing their place with us! Plenty of parking too.

The location is perfect in so many ways, but we especially enjoy being able to take early morning walks down by Mammoth Creek. As previously reviewed, this condo was well-equipped with everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible – including a grill that cooked up the most delicious steaks. My husband and I have stayed at many condos around Mammoth, and this one is our favorite. We look forward to staying here again the next time we’re in town!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed every bit of our stay at this condo; it was so quiet and relaxing. The master bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed - even a muffin tin! But my favorite part of this condo was definitely the shower! Trust me, the shower alone is worth a stay here! The location was convenient to the stores as well as all the hiking activities we had planned. One last thing to add, we were there in the middle of summer, and it was nice to be in a downstairs condo as it stayed pleasantly cool throughout the day (my friend had a different condo that was upstairs and that got quite warm). As an added bonus, it was a fun surprise to watch the local deer venture throughout the complex everyday. This condo will definitely be first on my list when we have a chance to visit Mammoth again.

Stunning Condo!

Secondly, this condo is BEAUTIFUL! It was quiet, with beautiful views out the back, charming community paths to walk our dog on, parking was easy, and bus stops are close. This condo could not have been nicer - like every detail was considered when renovating it! And it's fully stocked down to multiple dog bowls, all the things for cooking, great wood burning stove, cozy beds and couch, and the home as a whole is so comfortable. My husband and I have two boys, 6 and 9 + a 45lb dog and this was a perfect fit for us. We could have easily had local family over for dinner because the common space is spacious, the table seats 6 and the bar seats 3 more! We will absolutely be back to this condo in the future. We also LOVED that Snow Creek Athletic Club was included in our stay.

Best cabin i’ve ever stayed in

Incredible home - extremely clean, well stocked, easy check in/out and had very nice amenities! My partner and I were stoked on this place. We’ve never had luck with booking mountain rentals as they are always overpriced and really low quality. This place was a gem and the first we would stay at again!
