Welcome to Views on Edinburgh, nestled high on Queenstown Hill and overlooking the vibrant hues of Lake Wakatipu and surrounding mountains, this is a stand-out home where every room offers a truly incredible view!
VIEWS: The home has been brilliantly designed and constructed to maximise its location and spectacular views. Admire the landscapes from every room of the house, which showcase the famous Remarkable Mountain range, Lake Wakatipu, Bayonet Peak, Cecil Peak and Walter Peak. Stunning sunsets will be guaranteed here!
LOCATION: A fantastic location on Queenstown Hill, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet just a quick three-minute drive to get there. This peaceful address provides a sense of luxury and relaxation. Guests are also just an eight-minute drive from the International Airport and for winter guests, Coronet Peak ski field is an easy 23-minute drive away.
STYLE: This 363 square metre modern home exudes style and luxury. If you can take your eyes away from the alpine outlook, you will quickly appreciate the carefully selected pieces of furniture and the fabulous light-filled rooms. The main living area has a convenient open plan concept, and there so many additional rooms and spaces for guests to spread out.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The master bedroom on the main level, includes a private balcony, Smart TV, large walk-in-wardrobe and a luxurious ensuite with separate shower and a bath with mountain views. Downstairs, bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 all offer stunning lake views as well. Bedroom 2 has a Smart TV, ensuite and a shared balcony with Bedroom 3. The bathroom for Bedroom 3 is directly across the hall. Bedroom 4 has a walk-through-wardrobe and ensuite with shower. There is also a guest toilet on the main living level. The bathrooms have heated towel rails, hair dryers, luxury toiletries and underfloor heating.

LIVING AREAS: The main living is a light and bright space with lofty ceilings and multiple seating areas to relax and admire the never-ending views. Extra-large floor to ceiling windows line the whole top level of the home. There is a separate media room with a cosy lounge suite and an elegant gas fireplace. There is also a childrenâs nook on the lower level with a desk and books. This home certainly provides space and entertainment for everyone!
KITCHEN & DINING: A fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen with induction cooktop and the all-important coffee machine. There is bar stool seating and a dining table that seats 8 with an incredible outlook. Sliding glass doors surround two sides of the dining area, which provides lovely fresh air and a nice flow to the outdoor area.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS: Step outside from the main living area to a spacious entertainersâ deck with a BBQ, dining table and âHot Springâ spa pool. Three of the bedrooms open to balconies, again designed to make the most of this homeâs amazing setting.
OTHER PRACTICALITIES: Other conveniences and comforts include an office, garage with internal access and a ping pong table, full laundry facilities, and underfloor heating throughout.
RATES, INCLUSIONS & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, spa pool valet, premium linen and for a maximum of eight guests. A departure clean fee of NZ$495 applies. Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a complimentary mid-stay service with fresh towels. (Bed linen change not included; upgrade to a full linen change is available for $200 including GST). Minimum 3-night stay year-round, and 4-7 nights during peak periods.

Credit card fees are non-refundable. This is important to be aware of if you choose to pay your balance ahead of the due date.
The friendly team from Relax It`s Done will be on call during your stay for special requests and assistance if needed. We can provide full concierge services - perfect for local knowledge, insights on the hidden gems and to make your holiday hassle free.
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
- Views on Edinburgh is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held.
- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. As per Resource Consent with council, quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.
- We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation hold in addition to the total booking price. (n/a to Airbnb bookings).
- A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state (clear and tidy). Charges may apply for loss of keys, excessive rubbish, sorting contaminated rubbish/recycling, excessive cleaning or damage to the property for example.
- Charges may also apply for travel costs and management/staff time if for example, having to make a dump run, coordination of tradesman/repairs, additional property visits, shop for replacements, and so forth.
