A refundable 500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24â48 hours prior if you're arriving on a public holiday. (Note â this does not apply for Airbnb bookings)

âą Check-Out: strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods
If you're arriving outside of the peak times, early check-in may be possibleâcontact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you

âą No Motorbike riding on the property
âą No Driving or parking on lawns or garden areas
Please note: Failure to follow these rules can result in early termination of your stay without a refund, and your security bond will be forfeited.
Additional cleaning fees may also apply if the property is not left clean and tidy.
