Spring Break with my Daughter

We had such a nice stay. It was very clean and quiet but we could easily find the crowds at the beach or local restaurants. Super friendly people we met who were also staying here and I would recommend this place for a fun place to stay where everything is easy to access without a car!

Perfection

I took a spring break solo trip and had an amazing time. The condo unit was tiny but cozy. It had all the amenities anyone would need, a comfortable bed, nice kitchen, and a good shower. The beach was super close and there was a nice pool just steps away. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Getaway

We loved staying at Tropic Terrace! The location was perfect. The beach was a short walk away, and the beach was not crowded either. We also loved how close Treasure Island was to St. Pete, Clearwater, and Tampa. Just a short easy drive can take you to so many beautiful areas if you want to explore. The room itself was clean, and we especially loved the mini-kitchen with its many appliances! Overall, the place was relaxing and felt very safe.

Beautiful location

The room was great, they are small, but fine and well decorated, supplied, neat and clean. Nice pool and a wonderful walk to the ocean. A concrete boardwalk right between the unit and beach which takes you everywhere, bars, restaurants, shopping. The pool area is beautiful with lots of plants and palm trees. Well landscaped. The Perfect Place

We were looking for an affordable quiet little place on the beach and that is exactly what we got here. The condo was well kept and so cute. It's the perfect size for a couple. We enjoyed eating dinner at the patio table just steps from the door. We met several other couples who were all very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the grassy area at the end of the building. This was the perfect place for our little getaway.

Let’s go to the beach!

My best friend and I needed some Vitamin Sea. We found it in this sweet little town. Clean, quiet, and mostly convenient. There aren’t a ton of restaurants really close by so we had to drive a couple minutes over the bridge. I will never go back to Panama City again. So glad we found this little gem! We will most definitely return.

Great location

Cute little room. Had wished instead of sitting chairs there was a dresser to unpack clothes- but that’s a personal opinion. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Location was great and we walked to dinner several nights! Only downside was window ac unit kicks on and off and the room smelled musty. I guess to be expected in an older Florida place but finishes were nicely updated.
