Sea Oats Cottage est un cinq-chambre, 4. 5 salles de bains deuxième rangée retraite en bord de mer.

Profitez de la vue panoramique imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique depuis le porche avant relaxant et la grande salle spacieuse de cette maison de Bald Head Island South Beach. Situé près d'un accès à la plage, c'est un lieu de vacances idéal pour profiter de la douce brise de l'océan tout en ��coutant les vagues. Situé presque exactement dans le centre de l'île, toutes les commodités de BHI sont juste un court trajet en voiturette de golf.

Le porche avant et les ponts multiples vous invitent �� vous asseoir et vous détendre ou profiter des paysages marins que vous dînez avec votre famille ou vos invit��s. À l'intérieur de cette disposition de plan d'étage ouvert sont de nombreux d��tails et d��cor de plage fantaisistes. Le salon confortable est parfait pour se blottir et discuter. La salle �� manger adjacente lumineuse et a��r��e tient une table pouvant accueillir huit et il y a un bar petit déjeuner pour accueillir plus. La cuisine offre beaucoup d'espace de comptoir pour la préparation des aliments et brille avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable.

Il y a trois chambres bien aménagées et 2. 5 salles de bains au niveau principal. A l'étage, vous trouverez deux chambres suppl��mentaires. L'un est un ma��tre du roi avec salle de bain et un balcon avec vue sur l'oc��an. L'autre chambre lumineuse donne acc��s �� une salle de bain compl��te sépar��e. La maison a r��cemment install�� tous les nouveaux lits, matelas et literie.

A noter ... cette maison est chien amical alors apportez vos membres de la famille canine en vacances avec vous!

Une adhésion temporaire au club Bald Head Island est incluse avec cette location. N'hésitez pas à profiter d'une belle partie de golf sur le parcours de golf prim�� du Club BHI ou du soleil au bord de la piscine près de la Pelicatessen tout en dégustant votre cocktail pr��fér�� ou un hamburger.

October 2023 Stay

Evenwe’ve been coming since 2017 for 2 weeks on each visit. We love the fully equiped kitchen and the glorios view from the Master bedroom. We treat itas our own. though we had several aggravations early, we have really enjoyed our two week stay. The weather was great, along with the expansive views of the ocean. We also loved the evening sunsets and the magnificent blue moon. WPP was great in responding to our issues.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is well equipped and nicely decorated/renovated. It was clean and perfectly located within the island. However, it is listed as an oceanfront home and even though there isn't a home in front of it, there is a road, albeit very close to the beach, but also a big dune. When sitting on the front porch from the main living area, all you see is a dune. You will see a nice view from one bedroom upstairs, but it's a bedroom porch. I think it needs to be noted in the description. One other suggestion is having a queen bed in the twin room upstairs would be very helpful, leaving only one room with twins. I would recommend this property if you don't care about the view or the twins in two rooms. Other than that, very nice stay.

January 2023 Stay

We are the owners of Sea Oats cottage. This winter we did a lot of routine maintenance to make the house safer and better. Touch up paining, replacing some boards, and other small things like that. The golf carts were given a full inspection and going over and are ready to go. Our happy place is all ready for the season. We miss it when we are gone! We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

April 2021 Stay

House is lovely with great views. Only complaint was the construction on the beach. Huge ugly pipes and bulldozers going up and down the beach even on a Sunday. We called to ask why this information was not disclosed as it had been going on for months we found out. WWP said they were not aware of the situation which was absurd as the agents are spotted on the island constantly. I also saw reviews from other visitors complaining which I googled after we arrived. We felt the rental should have been discounted but were told they could not do anything. At a minimum the situation should have been disclosed when we booked as I spoke with wwp asking specific questions about the rental.

October 23-30, 2021 Stay

A most wonderful and cozy seaside cottage. This home feels like home and is adorned from floor to ceiling with a casual elegance that works. Sea Oats Cottage has everything and then some that one would ever need for a week at the ocean. This home has the best equipped kitchen of any home that we’ve ever rented. The beach going accessories are also in abundance(there is a Shubumi that we discovered too late). From the excellent front porch and other outdoor sitting areas, the views of the ocean, that special Bald Head Island light that fills this beautiful home with such a radiant glow, Sea Oats Cottage excels perfectly at every level. A most enjoyable and memorable week spent with friends on BHI in this lovely home. Thank You!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 7th year on the island we have never had an issue with the houses being dirty until this year. The shelves were filthy and dog hair under tables. The cleaning crew forgot to clean up trash on the balcony also. One golf cart had terrible breaks and the other was hard to drive due to tightness in steering wheel. The beds were very comfortable but bedding was awful it did not fit the bed so sheets were coming untucked all week.

It's set back a bit from the beach, but there's a beach access point across the street in front of the house. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms a bit small/on the basic side for the price. The kitchen is big and well-appointed with almost anything you'd need for cooking and baking.

We found the house to be clean and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable week away. The kitchen was well outfitted and we used the grill a lot and ate out on the amazing deck to enjoy the ocean view. We had several small dogs with us and were so happy that the property was pet friendly. The location can't be beat, perfect for a family that has small kids- just a 2 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back and rent this property again! Thank you
