The Space:
This listing is for Cottage #1 - which is perfectly situated with its own private garden, including fire pit, providing views across the Mooloolah Valley and down to the coast.

The space is fully outfitted with all the amenities you could want for a comfortable and self sufficient getaway.

Downstairs hosts the bathroom, living room, full kitchen, dining space and woodfire heater.

Upstairs you will find one master and one mezzanine style bedroom, both with queen beds fitted with commercial hotel linen.

Outside in the garden you can enjoy a laze in the hammock, a picnic or lawn games - or simply park yourself in the comfy seating with a glass of wine and enjoy the outside fire pit on cold nights (BYO firewood).

Guest Access:
The larger garden areas are reserved for the guests of Cottage #1 and #4. Cottages #2 and #3 have access to the smaller lawn areas directly outside their courtyards.

The Neighborhood:
7 minutes from Maleny, 5 minutes from Montville and less than 2 minutes from the Maleny Cheese Factory, this little gem is perfectly located on Balmoral Ridge in one of the most spectacular places in the world (we're biased).

Getting Around:
You will want a car to make the most of the many adventures on your doorstep. Busses are available locally, but run infrequently.

Interaction with Guests:
We are close by and you can feel comfortable reaching out to us for anything you need. That said, we will generally stay out of your way unless called upon, so you can spend your visit in peace and privacy.
