As soon as you open the front glass doors, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views of your tropical outdoor pool area.
This home offers an open floor plan with sleeping to your left and living space to the right. The home has a foosball table for entertainment and a large open kitchen with an island for entertainment. The outdoor space features a TV, dining as well as a sitting space with amazing tropical views. Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel/Captiva Island and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

Tequila Sunrise features beautiful modern décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with one king size bedrooms, one queen bedroom and one with two twin beds.
Two of the bedrooms have a shared hallway bathroom, which gives you plenty of privacy. The main bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
