As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large living room with amazing eastern views. This home offers tons of space, with an unique floor plan that features a kitchen open to the dining area. the living room as well as the gaming space offers a great set up for entertaining. This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

Latitude Adjustment features beautiful airy décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms, and one bedroom featuring two twin beds.
The main bedroom suite has an en-suite bathroom as well as doors to access the pool area offering fantastic views of a magnificent eastern exposure facing canal guaranteeing memorable sunrises. The other two bedrooms a hallway bathroom for sharing. There is a separate laundry room that has also access to the garage.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything. Air Hockey, Pool or Ping Pong Anyone? Why not the home offers a multi gaming table.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories.
The semi fenced yard is fantastic for our pet lovers who want to bring their furry babies as the home also has a doggy door from the lanai to the backyard.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 6 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing outside or just watching amazing sun rises from your eastern facing pool deck or the dock.
There is a light up boat dock great for hanging out or for canal fishing or boat docking.
