We had a great stay at Seabreeze 504! The condo was clean and spacious and had a great view of the beach. It had everything we needed. The only suggestion would be to invest in a code system to access the unit instead of having to obtain keys from the rental company. Otherwise, the unit was in a perfect location and we would stay here again.

Beautiful beach view. Able to listen to waves roll in at night. Direct access to beach. Pool and hot tub available. Older building and sits back a bit more than previous places I have stayed but the location is great within blocks of John's Pass. Quiet beach area which is nice and chairs available in condo for beach as well as availability to rent loungers and umbrella.

This place is clean and in a great location! The pool and hot tub are fantastic and there is convenient parking. The view is fantastic. It’s annoying that you have to go pick up a physical key at a different location and return that key. I haven’t done that in years and didn’t know it would be the case until after we booked. Also, there were few bath towels and no beach towels. I have never stayed at a beach rental that didn’t have any beach towels.

Check in was easy. Kitchen was very clean and well appointed. Only issue is the front door keys are very hard to use. Beautiful views, very convenient to beach and restaurants.

The property definitely did not disappoint us? Girls trip 2025, we were appreciative of the cleanliness and how well stocked the unit was. There is definitely a musty smell in the unit but I'm not sure how you would make that go away. The views from the balcony were amazing even though it rained the majority of the time we were here. The property is overall quiet, and the pool and hot tub were a great relaxing point. Honestly the only complaint that we have is that we would have liked there to be beach towels provided. Outside of that we would definitely recommend this unit, and we will definitely keep them on our list for future visits!

Last minute trip

A friend and I decided last minute to take a quick trip to Florida with our kids. My kids had never flown, so we found some cheap flights to Tampa. We had never heard of Madeira Beach until we booked at Sea Breeze. The rental was just as described and the location was perfect!! Walking distance to John’s Pass, which we walked to every evening. The only downfall is no washer/dryer in the unit, although there were ones located in the building. The elevators took awhile, but the building wasn’t too big so was ok.

Nice condo with gulf view

Plenty of room for three adults. Close enough to walk to John’s Pass. Nice pool area and close to the sandy beach. Could have used more TP and there was no hand soap or dish soap. View was awesome!

Clean condo and grounds

Everything about this building and unit met our expectations. One of the cleanest condos we have stayed in on Madeira Beach. We will definitely rebook this unit. The TRS staff, Maria was excellent!

Bachelorette Weekend Getaway

Our stay at Sea Breeze was excellent! The ocean front location is unbeatable and the area is very walkable with plenty to do. The unit was very clean and well kept, however the listing initially said the room slept 8, but there were only 3 full sized beds in our suite. The couch was able to be pulled out and turned into a bed, but it would have been nice if there was one more actual bed. There was also a shortage of bath towels based on the amount of people the room was supposed to be able to accommodate. Another thing that was a little frustrating were the codes provided for access to the elevator and pool. There were two different codes for each but they only worked about half the time and were a little confusing the keep track of. Overall, we had a beautiful stay and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We would definitely vacation here again. :)

The location and view are amazing!! You can’t beat being right on the Gulf. The beach was absolutely beautiful. My only suggestion to the host is to provide beach towels and update beach chairs in the unit. They have seen their day and we did not use them. We ended up renting chairs on the beach bc the ones in the unit were so dirty and on their last legs. When renting this unit you should be aware that they provide minimal toilet paper, paper towels (not enough to get through the 5 days) and no tissues. The unit was pretty bare in terms of those types of supplies and minimal cleaning supplies were provided. We got 2 dishwasher pods, a broom, and a vacuum. We had to purchase sponges and other cleaning supplies for our time there. It was definitely an added expense to purchase beach towels, cleaning supplies, paper goods, and rent beach chairs.The stove was dirty and smoked the place out on first use. We cleaned it and it was fine the rest of the time but we should not have had to clean it. Unfortunately, we have a child with a food allergy so cooking at home is essential. Also we could not get the TV in the bedroom to work. It had power but no channels or access to streaming like Netflix. I did email them about this when we first arrived and they offered to trouble shoot with us but it was late at night and we had tried most of the trouble shooting already with no luck. Hopefully they will look into that. Overall we had a nice trip!
