Suite 110 est une suite au rez-de-chaussée avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Charlevoix. Cette unité offre une chambre avec un lit king size et une salle de bain. La Suite 110 dispose d'une kitchenette entièrement équipée, d'une table à manger et d'un salon doté d'un canapé-lit queen-size, d'une cheminée à gaz et d'une télévision à écran plat. La porte coulissante en verre s'ouvre sur un patio privé avec accès direct à notre plage privée.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was nice and clean. Had a very nice stay until we were approached by a co owner of the property at our private patio and wea told there was no smoking on the entire property. We do not smoke inside obviously. I thought she was rude and invasive.

Very nice location

Very nice unit, a bit dated on interior but overall it was exactly what was needed. Boyne City was busy that weekend, but I had a wonderful time and always nice to have a very clean place to come back to after being out and about all day long.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: two negatives: Initial room identification at checkin was third fl while my confirmation notices were requested unit 109. After reluctantly accepting my proof, checkin clerk assigned me unit 110. That unit was very acceptable to me except that bath sink faucet was difficult to use. Also, had to experiment to find which switch worked on which light (one appeared to operate nothing).

Lovely Stay on Lake Charlevoix

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and this condo was perfectly cozy! We enjoyed the view of the lake from the living room, and the fact that you could walk anywhere downtown was added bonus. Very clean with just the right amount of space for the two of us.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love being on the water and have been to water street inn many times. We are usually last minute so if we can’t get the room we want we end up with 110. We didn’t leave a tip for the cleaners because it wasn’t clean. The rugs in the kitchen are very dirty. . It hasn’t been changed in a very long time ! It felt very dirty. The tub in the bathroom is very dirty. The wall paper and the furniture is very old and needs updating. You can’t see in the mirror in the bedroom. People might like the outdated look... I don’t know. Actually we left a note if you were ever interested in selling. We would gut it and updated it top to bottom.

Gorgeous lake views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is on the main floor and has gorgeous lake views and sunsets. It was so super relaxing to walk out, right to the beach, or to sit and watch the stars at night. The inside was filled with charming antiques and a lot of special decor. Roomy and cozy. The kids just loved swimming at sunset. It was great walking distance to some restaurants and stores. Truly peaceful and a great spot to stay! Close driving to Charlevoix and Petosky.

Stayed again 25 years later!!

My wife and I stayed at Water Street Inn for our “mini honeymoon” in 1995. Well 25 years later we returned to this most memorable place! Obviously the area has changed some, but the beauty is still extraordinary!! We waited 25 years too long to return. For sure this will be a yearly trip.

Reviewer Comments: I and my family have been coming to the Waterstreet Inn for many years because of it's beautiful location, immaculate units, and great atmosphere.This year was a bit disappointing, yet it's still a wonderful place to stay. Unit #110 is badly in need of updating, 4 cabinets in the kitchen were locked leaving little space for food storage, 2 ceiling lights were out or flucuating from bright to dim,there were cobwebs in lights, dust behind the TV, TV did not work first night but was promptly fixed the next day, mold growing around all the bathtub jacuzzi vents, and problems getting our towels replaced properly. Staff were very pleasant.It just wasn't up to what we've cme to expect from WaterStreet Inn.

Cozy little getaway

The condo is for the most part exactly as it is described and shown. The only 'complaint' is that the TV in the living area was not working properly however we didn't mind enough to call about it. The furnishings area a little outdated however that also added to its charm giving it a comfy "at home" kind of feel to it. The view of the lake is gorgeous. Definitely looking forward to coming back again next year when the weather is a little warmer and we can take full advantage of the water and 'beach' area.

The kids loved being able to come and go from the unit to the lake. You can't beat the views of Lake Charlevoix! The unit is exactly as pictured and described. It had everything we needed. The staff at the Inn was very quick to provide us with extra bath towels when requested. The unit was clean and well-maintained.The unit is definitely "dated" but for the price and location you can't beat it.

A slice of paradise.

Wonderful spot to enjoy Lake Charlevoix. A bit of a mix up about having my small kayak trailer on the premises. The girl in the management office let me know that there had been "complaints". I took care of it at the Boyne City Boat Yard at a cost of $10 per day (Charlie and Tanner there were wonderful). Please make sure that future guests know about this rule.
