Stroll down to the beach or great cafes and coffee at Hardy"s Bay, listen to the waves, or sit on the wide, covered verandah watching the sky change over tree tops. You"ll discover a classic beach house, freshly painted with polished floors, a wide, wrap-around verandah framing the ocean horizon filtered through the treetops, capturing sea breezes. Snooze in the hammock to the sounds of the waves, kick back in the Adirondack chairs, or sip Spritzes with friends while you take in the spectacular sunset skies.

Right across the street is a path that takes you to the best beach on the Central Coast (dogs welcome), while the bay and cafes are within easy walking distance. Inside, the ambience is laid back beach shack, freshly painted with modern essentials, including cocktail shaker and glasses. Bring your family, your friends and your well behaved doggies are welcome.

Great family beach house

We were very comfortable - good beds, great hot showers, clean, good kitchen with all equipment and essentials (but no potato masher) and generous hosts with none of those rude notices instructing you about what NOT to do! You get the feeling that nice people live here.

Comfortable Killy Beach House

House was very spacious in scenic location. Steep steps from parking area on road were a bit of a hassle, TV couldn't get free-to-air channels and bathroom light was faulty, but otherwise very comfortable.

Comfy beach cottage

We loved our short stay at Killy Beach House. The cottage is charming - very clean and comfortable. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and the location is wonderful. We will return for longer next time.

Comfy home in peaceful,beautiful position.

Very comfortable; well-planned and tastefully decorated; plenty of basics(gadgets,utensils etc); comfortable beds and bedding. Lovely position in peaceful surrounds with close cafe/restaurants at Hardy's Bay. Watched surf breakers on wrap-around verandah and listened to them all night Hopefully return!

Loved this place- very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

3 mins walking distance from dog friendly beach. Comfortable beds. All you need in a kitchen. Plenty of room to spread out. Really enjoyed our stay. LOVED the hammock! No phone reception but wi-fi works fine.

High recommendation

We were very pleased with the accommodation, location and facilities. It was only a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach. I very nice feature was the good supply of kitchen consumables such as cling wrap and aluminium foil etc. Having a good supply of condiments was excellent. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic stay! Everything we were hoping for

We were so glad that we were able to stay at this property over the busy summer break. Killcare is a hidden gem, and it was so refreshing to be able to have a week with family at a clean, thoughtfully set up and convenient home away from home. A key feature of this house is its wide verandah (great for a long afternoon reading a book in the sea breeze with a dog by your side) and its proximity to the beach itself. It's also close to Brisbane Water where there are nice cafe's and restaurants, but you don't really feel like eating out as it's so nice to chill at home.

Family Holiday

The beach cottage was as per description. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind to us with rain coming in sideways making it even difficult to be able to utilise the deck for the week we were there.The house was a little small for 4 teenagers and two adults to be stuck inside because of the weather. We were also unable to dry washing onsite as there was no dryer, and the weather was not permitting to use the clothesline. If it wasn't for the weather the whole experience would have been very different - the quiet little village of Hardy's Bay and Killcare Beach both an easy walk away.

Sweet little beach house

Cute little house that was good for three adults and three kids. It was really hot few days but we were still comfortable at night with fans and the sea breeze. Two minor things... the BBQ ran out of gas and it took us a while to find the wifi password (it’s on the bottom of the modem under the TV cabinet). Would stay here again.
