You are going to love my INCREDIBLE 2bd/2ba home located in beautiful Palm Desert! Nestled in an exclusive gated community with an amazing pool area. Grill up some burgers in our private patio area with BBQ, or relax by the pool and lounge around while soaking up the California desert sun. Conveniently located within a short drive to all Desert City attractions! This house is perfect for your desert vacay!!

*PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING:
1. Maximum Overnight Occupancy: 4
2. Noise Standard and Regulation Requirements: Per the City of Palm Desert Law, it is illegal for any unreasonable level of noise or loud partying especially between 10 pm - 7 am. Guests might be cited and fined for any noise complaints from the community or the city.
3. All short-term rental occupants shall respect the neighbors` privacy and enjoyment of their property.
4. No radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, compact disk player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device, or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from beyond the property boundaries of any short-term rental unit between the hours of 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.
5. Palm Desert has a $1000 fine for a first offense for a noise violation. You will be responsible for any fines that we receive from the community or the city.

All guests must provide the following information:
1. Copy/photo of valid government-issued identification
2. Full Name

From the moment you step foot through the entrance to resting comfortably in one of our plush beds, the tranquility of my place will put you at complete ease during your stay.
